The ownership, cooks and servers are simply customer-centric they take care of all their clients with incredible customer service, are always helpful with the menu and suggestions of sides and extras. They are not a cook in bulk, they are a cook to order, your meals are served hot and fresh every time. For me it’s always the spicy chicken teriyaki, chicken moist and juicy, hot veg, and choice of rice brown or white or even sautéed with noodles. My wife loves the crab and cheese Rangoon and hot edamame on the side. This is one of our top 5 places to eat in all of Hendersonville, and what my wife and I appreciate about the ownership is their love of Hendersonville, their appreciation of their clients and the care they take with their orders. Ask about where they came from and why the have this love for Hendersonville TN, get to know them like we have. This is where you need to go when you’re craving teriyaki, because they do it right.

I visited Teriyaki Madness for the first time. The service was exceptional and informative. I had noodles with brown rice and veggies; the food was really great. I recommend this location. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Thank you for open hour early for us it’s really helpful.

I didn’t catch the young man’s name that was working the front but he was INCREDIBLE. Super friendly, very helpful with the menu and getting my nieces their own noodles for the cheapest price! He remembered every single person’s name that came in and would say their name as they left, never have I ever had service in the food industry like that. The food was absolutely delicious as well!

Consistently great food and service. Fresh, flavorful teriyaki that isn’t overly sweet, generous portions, and well-cooked rice and vegetables. Staff is fast and friendly, even when busy. Clean, reliable, and one of the few quick-service spots I actually crave.

Driven by this spot a million times and always wondered if it was any good and WOW!!!! Absolutely delicious!! Our food came out piping hot and you can tell the quality of the food especially the meat and veggies is really good. My 8 year old son said a million times better than Panda Express and my 3 year old actually ate her food! The portions were huge – would have been fine with the junior bowl but have leftovers with the regular size. I didn’t realize you needed to pay for the yum yum sauce and the manager brought me some for free he was so kind! This will be a new staple for us!

This is our first time here and I have to say the food was ok. The steak bowl I was really disappointed the meat was chewy and had lots of cartilage it was really gross. I didn’t eat the steak. I would not order the steak again. Other than that the flavor, noodles and rice with veggies were great!! Flavor was amazing the restaurant was clean.

Tried this place for the first time. Spicy orange chicken was meh. Some pieces had a weird fatty texture. Veggies were hardly cooked and all still crunchy. Junior bowl combo was over $15. Not worth the hype.
