OMG where do I start food , staff , environment was amazing Cynthia waited on us and Laurie cooked all our food fresh whoever their boss is you need to pay these two ladies alot more money cause they do a amazing job and they are just the sweetest thank you ladies so much we will be back

This is one of the best locations I have been to for a long John silvers and A&W combination! It was packed and I can see why! The food was soooooo fresh! I ordered and it was out to me within minutes and there were even a lot of people there and waiting. They bagged my food, put extra silverware and napkins in there along with packets of ketchup and sauces without even asking. The front cashier was incredibly kind and even asked how my day was going. The establishment was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and so were the booths in the dining room area. The food was delicious and fresh. Thanks for caring about your customers! I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

I wouldn’t trust this place ever again. I ordered 3 platters of 2 fish 3 chicken and a large root beer and they didn’t pack the fish in any of the planter meals. When I called to talk to someone about it Landon E lied and said he put the fish in there. I’ve included pictures to show none of these meals had any fish in them.

Can’t rate the root beer floats we ordered because we were in the drive thru hostage for 55 minutes til the car in front of us pulled forward enough that we could get out. I hate people that drive off- but we were the third in line for 32 minutes. Then we finally left. I understand being short staffed etc but the car at the window should have been pulled up to park. The man behind us was so mad he left his car and went inside to complain. We would have gladly went inside but didn’t think we would be stuck for so long. And I mean stuck- not able to move in the line. Total bummer of a night for us.

Long John Silver’s fish is amazing. But they are very pricey. The fish and grease are always clean at the East Peoria location. Nice clean atmosphere inside staff was very helpful & attentive. Only down side is the packaged tartar they use now. It doesn’t taste right like idk if it’s bad.. but i couldn’t use it on last visit. The tartar in lobby condiment station was a completely different kind like it always was.. & was fine. Pls change &/or check your packaged tartar. My favorite is the Seashare. It’s a better value.

Yesterday we were in there very unhappy, everybody was pretty nice, but I told them we wanted double bacon, cheeseburgers and fries, while the fries were cold, the people that were sitting next to us. They said theirs was cold and I watched the guy that brought their food. He put a plate on the table, but it was in between two different tables, and it almost fell in the floor now, why would he put it on two different tables to Teeter, totter back-and-forth before it fell on the floor luckily I saw it and another girl saw it and we told the other girl. Over there, to put it on a table. Befor it fell.That was very aggravating.And then I told the young girl that I did not want the aeoli, garlic. On it, I said no, let’s leave that off. I got sat down, looked at the burger and it had it on there. Well, I know that that is mayonnaise and don’t tell me it isn’t because it is i am not stupid I do not like mayonnaise.It bothers my stomach and they were about not to give me a new one I had told her the guy at the grill told me well it’s not on there. I said no, but it should have been because I told her I did not want it so they did finally gave me a new burger but it aggravated me because I had told her and she didn’t even put it on there. The last time we were in there befoe this time the food was awful. We got fish and chicken dinners so we thought we would try the burgers, which were good if they would get your order right and she tried to shirt, my boyfriend $10. I don’t know if that was an honest mistake or not. After everything else. Like I said, we were not the only ones that was not happy.

The LJS where I live was closed down almost ten years ago. In order to get LJS – it’s a 45 mile drive – one way – that’s 90 miles to get this food , so it better be good – well it was extremely salty and barely warm, our first try of the waffle fries , they were stale,old and very cold. I was disappointed, maybe we just got there at a busy time ? I don’t know. The restraunt smelled of rotted fish – very off putting.

I grew up going to downtown Silver and it was amazing! I drive over from a Town 40 minutes away because good! The last two or three times it hasn’t been very good today was the worst. They obviously got new chicken or new batter or something the batter doesn’t even stay on the chicken and I couldn’t even bite through the chicken. Definitely very disappointed and I will not be back.

I called the store and a manager named Matt answered the phone. I asked if they were going to be open and was told yes “aaaallllllllll dddddaaaaayyyyyyyy” in a very rude manner. I did not go to eat there because the weather was so bad, but then it got me thinking why in the world was Long John Silvers even open in a snowstorm. You are literally putting your employees and those around them in danger. You are definitely NOT a company who cares about the welfare of your employees over the little revenue you will get on a day like today.
