Had a very unpleasant experience at McDonald’s. While asking us a question, one of the employees literally dug his hand into the fry container, which was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. The service was also very slow—I waited about 10 minutes just for one drink. We even went inside thinking it would be quicker, but that wasn’t the case at all. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The amount of times I have been in this McDonald and they forgot either all of my dipping sauce or most of my food is to many to count.
Placed an order through the gap tonight went and picked it up asked if my sauces were in there they weren’t they had to give me sauces. Got home to see that all of my burgers were missing so I had to call them. Come back out to get it the woman in the drive-through was very rude asking me who I talked to like I was gonna ask on the phone for the person‘s name when she just told me to come get my food. I get there wait to go through the whole line to get my cheeseburgers that they missed and get stared at through the window while I’m waiting on her to handle my burgers and she’s just passing the bag of somebody else to come bring them to me.

Went thru drive thru and paid extra for chicken with my hotcakes meal and did not receive it so I called and got a replacement order once I pulled back up for replacement order I was informed “Mikey” didn’t remember me calling so they could no longer replace my order nor did I receive my money back. I told him how could I just know who you are and what your name is and his response was that “everyone knows him” so unprofessional! I wouldn’t just know who the heck Mikey is if I didn’t call! Very upsetting and very rude and unprofessional

Waited almost 10 min at drive thru for my order. Was asked to pull up and park ahead with other vehicles 6 total. We all waited until the runner ( i use that term lightly) had everyone’s order in hand. Too much to ask that people take a little initiative in their work.

First burrito in my order had egg crumbs, and hardly anything else! The most pathetic sized breakfast burrito. But then I bit into my other one, and found a long brown hair in it!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! They raised the prices on these little burritos and give you less, and can’t even follow proper food safety regulations in the process??? I’m done with this location. It’s always something here.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash was everywhere in the dining room and bathrooms. There were many people walking around in the kitchen yelling at each other. We ordered our food on the kiosk and when we were waiting we witnessed employees arguing in front of other customers who were trying to order at the register. When our food was ready we were told that even though we had ordered and payed for large drinks that they only had smalls available. The one employee (obese and white, not trying to be rude but I didnt see a name tag and she was also the one arguing with other employees) angrily told the cashier who was trying to work things out with us to “just give them smalls”. The cashier was able to ask us if we would be okay with having large cups without lids because they were just out of the lids and not the cups. We were on a roadtrip and it would have been very upsetting to leave with small drinks when large was an option and the other employee seemed irritated that the cashier was trying to help us get what we ordered. Other customers in the dining room were complaining about the service. I can’t imagine how management would allow a store to be run like this.

I was eating that food, realized there was two dead flys in my fries. Nearly got sick, I’m disgusted by any bug. Had to throw all my food away because I couldn’t stand the idea of a bug being there and me just not realizing. I come to this McDonalds like once maybe twice a week, sure there’s some bad service days but I’ve never had to leave a review.

My fries came out hot and crispy. My burger was hot albeit a little greasy. The staff was on point today. Bathrooms were in decent shape and the rest of the grounds looked well.

First time here. The fish sandwich was really good. Fries not that great they never are anymore at any McDonald’s. They messed up our order, I ask for a fish sandwich with no cheese and they put cheese on it, we ordered the buy a fry get one for $1 and only got one fry, when I went and told her she just said I didn’t charge for it, she didn’t even over to fix it or anything, she acted like she was new or something, never smiled, wasn’t very friendly, I don’t know.
