(AM crew) Kind workers and the fastest, and most accurate, service I’ve ever experienced. If I’m between choosing here and chick fil a to eat at, I know here will get me to work much faster. They also remind me about my app points which I like. I didn’t think chick fil a had anything to work on until going through this drive thru multiple times a week.

Worst customer service ive had in a long time. With a employee and manager on 2/23/26. One of the employees was only worried abt talkin to her friends at a table. She walked out to them 4 times to talk and take them out free food. Then walked by a big puddle of water infrone of register and stated there was a puddle of water there but never attempted to clean it up. We made a order for ice cream and drinks only . After standing there for 19 min All while this employee made her a ice-cream and eat it and watching us stand there. So i asked for a refund since i wasn’t gettin my 3 items. The manager on duty 10 mins later comes up to the front to give me my refund back on my card. And only give me half instead of lookin to even see my order. When i say something abt it she tells me she wasn’t up there she didnt know what i ordered. Did i have a receipt i told her no cause i ordered on kiosk and it didnt give me one . So then goes to the order screen to actually see what she was refunding. Obviously this McDonald’s needs help in more ways than 1 .

The customers in this establishment are rude and beyond inconsiderate and messy. You had a family just throwing bags on the benches made a mess of the table then decided to move tables. The employees handled each rude customer with professionalism and grace and patience. I rarely ever say this about a McDonalds but this place should be rated 5 stars just because of how much patience these employees had with their rude customers. Just a word of warning encouragement for you guys don’t stop being kind! Thank you’

Watching who I assumed was the manager (guy in the Santa hat) publicly shame his staff was a horrible experience. That was the opposite of leadership and his crew deserves better. They were frantically working, making mistakes and nervously trying to keep up. It was very busy and they could have done better for sure. However, he was doing more harm than good with his tactics. They messed up almost every order while I waited forever for my food and he just kept aggressively yelling. A customer flagged him down because he was given the wrong order. Santa hat handed him the right order and as the guy started to tell him he hasn’t gotten his drinks he just turned his back on him. He flagged him down again and said I need two sprites. Instead of getting him the drinks he walked over to a guy and said why didn’t you get them their drinks. If an employee messed up you address it after the rush in private and take care of the customer. You don’t do it in front of the costumer and still not get him his drinks. Then he walked up to me held my bag up for me to grab as he was still yelling at his staff. I tried to tell him I still needed a drink but he just walked off. A nervous person walked over and handed me my cup. This guy was causing chaos and taking it out on the staff.

Other than that, the food was cold and the tea was sour. Also it took forever to get me food.

The person I interacted with was nice. Which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. So I ordered a 4 pc of the chicken strips and a 10 pc of the chicken nugget. I got the 4 strips. But instead on 10 nuggets I got 2 strips and a 10 nugget box. I wouldn’t be as mad if the price of 2 strips was the same as 10 nuggets. But 3 strips is the same exact price on their website. So I’m a strip short of what I paid for

I went through the drive thru to get my granddaughter a meal. The guy who took the money was nice. She didn’t drink her Sprite until we got home. It was only carbonated water. I tried to call back but no one answered. I left a voice mail but never heard back from them.

Placed an order an hour early, arrived a 15-20 minutes before 11am, waited in a huge line to be told I won’t be receiving my food with no kind of empathy whatsoever because it was past 11am. I understand breakfast rush but let’s work on line times before blaming it on me! I did everything I was supposed to do yet was told off as if it was my fault 🙁

Everytime I go in there and I go every morning the manager are rude to there employees there is one in particular every morning that I go in, she’s walk around screaming yelling, snatching bags of the employees hand. Her name is Heather. She is very rude and. they always running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off messing up orders. I was waiting over 20 minutes for my order, which I sat and watched one of the employees give it out to somebody else, and I knew that it was my order the managers are no good in there they’re not decent. They talked to an employees any kind of way and they’re just rude. Somebody needs to go in there. and replace every manager in there cause the managers, and even the big boss in there, they have no respectful for there employees and they’re rude to the costumers and always get in your order wrong or it’s not hot in need for new management ASAP

I’m really worried about the cleanliness of one of your employees I had walked by him and the stink of that fellow has me scared for our community hopefully he isn’t preparing food with uncovered hands I know he worked on a night shift I haven’t gone back since afraid he is the one touching my food honestly it kinda makes me sick just thinking about it I’ve ever. Told all my friends and family to stay away if a guy with red curly hair mixed raced fellow is working the stinch was horrid nightmare McDonald’s when I worked fast food or any job cleanliness was the main thing about a food service job people have gotten sick from things of that sort i mean serve safe certified I’m questioning that alot don’t y’all train and have rules or watch videos maybe someone needs to investigate this

My wife just went through this location a little bit ago before coming home and simply asked for two extra bbq sauce packets and the woman at the window told her they are $5 a piece. I get the economy is tough these days, but the troglodytes that run that location will run customers off. 10/10 do not recommend. Just go to the Cedartown location for a much better experience.
