Been here 6 times. So impressive that you guys can mess up every meal I’ve gotten from this location. Only ever a burger and fries. I never leave reviews but I just opened my meal and the entire slice of cheese was melted to the cardboard. How?
I’ve also never felt more like I’m an inconvenience to a server before. Specifically the drive thru. I’ll drive an extra 20 minutes rather than go here from now on.

I had just left this McDonalds after a long day at church , I came in the inside to place a order this short hispanic woman was walking around on the phone I stood there for a good 5 mins. Then she takes my other and was very rude to me. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s in Auburn, their service is always great. They’re friendly and they DO NOT mess up any of my orders, that’s rare for McDonald’s. The food there is usually warm-freshly made hot which is a bonus.

I have been to this location numerous times and ive almost always had something with my order go wrong. I had ordered a 2B medium w/ a coke and 2C medium w/ a sprite, no additions or anything withheld from my side of ordering. I wait about 10 minutes and they come out and give me 2 orders of the 2b. I tell them one of the sandwiches is wrong. The correction i was given was they still left bacon on my burger when i didn’t ask for it. I asked for one with bacon and cheese. The other a delux. It doesn’t include bacon. I know this complaint seems redundant, however, it’s been a build up of errors of my experience of this location. Other locations have been more vigilant. In addition my meals were cold, from what i understand the 1/4 lbs burgers are made fresh. The bag was only warm because of the fries. Both burgers were cold on the first bite. This has been my worst experience so far.

I’ve been going here for years, but lately it’s been bad. Do not order on the online app. They mess it up every time.
The first time I use the order online i got there and my order was canceled Soon as I parked and they couldn’t tell me why.This time I ordered went through the drive through gave her the order number Got to the front and they tell me they don’t have that order And looked at me like I was stupid and I was lying, but the manager came and she was very nice and took care of it. But I was missing two hash browns and my vanilla latte was nothing but hot milk (disgusting.) I was already there for a long time so I just drove off and said forget it.

Fastest and best service I’ve had from a McDonalds in a long time! The lady who gave me my food was extremely polite and asked all the follow up questions. It was very obvious she knew what she was doing and was even kindly helping others with their questions! There was such a nice vibe inside it wasnt hectic just pure teamwork! I will be coming back!!!

I went to the drive through this morning for breakfast. I was denied because it was 11. When I asked why I couldn’t have breakfast the lady at the window got rude, disrespectful, and blamed the company. Never coming to this mcdonalds again. Dacula is far better

If I could rate this place any lower I would. If it weren’t for the convenience of being so close to the house I wouldn’t even give my money to this place. The service is the absolute worse service in the world, every employee there is slow, always on their phone playing or texting, rude and the food quality is always horrible. The place should honestly be shut down or completely re staffed! Terrible ZERO stars

My mornings are hectic, and I enjoy a perfect hot breakfast… There is a cashier named Mrs Becky. She is welcoming, kind, and has pizzazz. She is the first employee in all my many years who offered to put my eggs in the same tray as my biscuit and gravy. That saves money for the company, less garbage for the world, and makes it soooooo easy to eat on the run. She also says, “We’ll see you tomorrow.” When she said it the first time I was so surprised that I didn’t know whether to be offended or excited that she was so confident in me enjoying my meal that I would return to THAT location. She was right. The food, service, and cleanliness were what I believe McDonalds wants their customers to experience. This is one of the best locations in the area, and there are 2 other locations close by that I visit… Thank-you Mrs. Becky. They need to clone you or train others employees to replicate the customer service you provide to me. I appreciate you.

I stopped at this location because I thought they had a play place for my 7 year old. It turns out they don’t. I was about to leave but I was approached by the most friendly lady. She welcomed us in and I decided to get lunch anyway!
