Awesome experience!!! Everything was fast and easy and delicious… Except clam chowder soup… Karen took a great care of us… Very fast and professional… The only negative thing they don’t have draft beer…

Even though the place looked out-dated, the food was affordable and phenomenal. The service was speedy as well with nice staff. They had PLENTTLYY of seating in the time because it was mainly a little empty, like a hidden gem almost. No they dont have diet coke (they have pepsi products) buttt the refills were free. Overall i’d recommend it if your in the mall area looking for sea food with picky eaters. This is because they also have ramen, wings, AND a kids menu.

I’m in town and wanted to get something to eat but couldn’t decide. I love seafood and we decide to stop here as a group. It was delicious. We all ate so much. Service was superb, they checked on us periodically but too overbearing. We had a great time. We ordered so much food! We ordered the ginger onion raw oysters, shrimp étouffée, small shrimp boil, seafood combo boil, garlic noodles, chicken wings, fried shrimp and the owner brought out steak salad on the house. We nearly ate everything. If I’m ever in town, I’ll be back. Till then, let’s eat!

Had been eating at this place since 2017. The food here never disappointed me. Loved the fries, it’s quite special with the bacon added. I didn’t have any expectations on the raw oyster first, so it’s like a surprise when I was eating it. It’s quite fresh and big. Buffalo wings are the best ones I’ve ever had. Skip to describe the crawfish, loved it of course.
The service was okay, we did waited a little bit before the host took us to the table. (They might be a little bit understaffed in my opinion.) But they are timely in serving the food.
I like them providing wet wipes after you finished the meal so that you can clean your hands at your table not running to the restaurant.
The price was quite nice compared to a regular meal you would pay nowadays. We (2 people) ended up spending $70 after taxes and tips. With the amount of food we ate, we felt it’s a great deal.

I wanted to enjoy this restaurant, I did not. After sitting for a little while I noticed a German cockroach crawling on the wall. I was like okay maybe it just now came in the window crack or something. Upon reading the reviews here I see this has been brought up before. I did tell the waitress who did not seem to care about the roach. The ambiance of the restaurant also makes you feel unwelcome. Everywhere I looked there were signs that say any complaints you will be charged an extra $10. $5 for whining. Also a sign with a hand grenade threatening to blow you up for complaining. Way to tell your customers their experience is unimportant..
Our clam chowder was heavily over peppered. The steak ordered medium was definitely served medium rare. The veggies were fine, the hot wings tasted good. We barely ate our food and just left and had burger king around the corner. I suggest going to the burger king over this restaurant.

Top-tier friendly service and absolutely delicious food! We were blown away by the large portions and bold flavors. The crawfish fried rice was packed with savory goodness, and the ginger garlic oysters were an unforgettable highlight—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We’ll definitely be back!

My sister and I went their at 10:15 on Friday night I ordered the snow crab boil she ordered shrimp boil the food came out quickly it looked a mess and was cold not even warm to touch I had 1/2 of one small potato 1 sausage one piece of old corn one cluster of crab that looked good and 2 with 2 tiny claws looked like they scrapped the bottom of the pot and poured it over my entire plate this thick nasty looking black sauce I touched it with the tip of my finger to taste it was extremely hot that little tip had my tongue on fire but it was cold and thick my sister had 12 little shrimp buried under the same sauce we couldn’t even see the corn on the cob from the pack of thick sauce on top of it I told the sever we don’t want this crab they took off someone plate that was left he said ok so your leaving we said yes and left
They close at 11pm and I believe they gave us scraps from the ppl plates that were leaving when we arrived it was my 1st and last time going in there I will be calling the health department I run a hotel kitchen and I know this place should be shut down this is the Lawrenceville location my daughter goes to the Loganville location she says it’s great

My family has loved and frequented Red Crawfish Seafood & Wings restaurant for a long time.
I went to Red Crawfish Seafood & Wings restaurant with my family on the first day of 2022. Our kids have loved this restaurant over the years and have always loved the service and food.
This year, on the first day of 2022, my family went to this restaurant and was very, very, very disappointed. It didn’t taste as good as it used to, the sauce was already too burnt and dark, the seafood was all dry, and the crab was cold. The fried rice was salty and pressed, so it wasn’t fresh, and the crawfish were dry as if they had been in the refrigerator for a few days. The yum yum sauce wasn’t even the old color, and the taste and smell were completely different. The gumbo was also salty and smelled so bad that I couldn’t eat it. The raw oysters and clams were okay though.
My family only ate raw oysters and clams, tasted everything else, and left it all. I complained to the workers, but no one said sorry, and Lui Wong, who looked like a manager there, was very rude and treated customers like that if you don’t want to eat, don’t come.
My family came out with almost all the food untouched and paid over $100. Money isn’t the problem, it’s offended that I was treated like that on New Year’s Day and ate such tasteless food.
The attitude of the staff was also really rude.
I feel very bad for something like this to happen at a restaurant I have loved so much over the past few years. It is understandable that these days, food costs are rising a lot and restaurants are having a hard time finding workers, but our children and our family couldn’t eat such garbage. They should apologize first, but that attitude was really bad.
If I don’t like it, I don’t go. I have already told many of my friends, and I hope that those who read this article will think carefully before going.

Love this place! Never a bad meal. Took my boyfriend, who is from New Orleans and had yet to find a shrimp Po Boy made correctly. He loved it! He also ordered us cajun grilled oysters. He said his whole meal was like he was home! That right there says a lot about Red Crawfish’s food!! Authentic!

This place never fails!!! It was absolutely amazing and we love coming here for birthday celebrations. We got the crab boil and it was absolutely amazing and delicious!!! The steak was amazing too and very juicy! Definitely recommend.
