After reading the reviews, I should have stayed away but im not from the area and wanted something quick to eat. First off, if you wanna pay cash you’ll be waiting for a bit for an employee to help you since there is a kiosk to order with a card payment. The food was made pretty fast though, and the inside of the wendys is really nice, they even have a little fire place. The down fall…the employees. Like others have said, they are beyond rude. When I went to grab my food, I didnt get the two cups that came with my meal and the guy started arguing with me that he already gave them to some one else that was with me. After I asked everyone, and they all said they didnt get them, he got my two cups with a big old attitude about it. Then he realized the cups he said he already gave me were behind him on the counter. So instead of apologizing, he just gave me the cups with more attitude. Definitely dont recommend.

I am tired of people rushing me. When I come to order my food , I should not be rushed and feel like I am bothering y’all to order my food…. On that same note, I had cold fries. Nuggets missing out of my bag and other things. So besides rushing anyone learn how to take a order and have patience smh whoever that tall, white female is that’s the manager.She has a nasty attitude in zero customer service skills

Zero stars for service. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and I was told it is 26 cents.
No problem. I had a honey mustard sauce so I asked to trade that for a sweet and sour sauce and was told they do not have sweet and sour sauce? I ordered a chicken tender meal. I guess it is a rule of Wendy’s that if you get the chicken tender meal you cannot get sweet and sour sauce you can only get sweet and sour sauce if it’s chicken nuggets??? This place is absurd.

I tried to let this slide because they have forgotten a whole meal before they have forgotten my cookies like twice and now they completely got my order wrong. My friend ordered me Wendy’s and he sent me a picture of the details which I will add. Everything is fine. Everything is perfect on how he put it when I grab the order. There is no mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, American cheese or bacon or salt for the fries. I called the store and she’s like well. That’s how it was labeled. That’s how it was ordered. I’m done. I will not be getting Wendys unless I am in person.

UPDATE 12/16: 5 months later & the staff is still as miserable and disrespectful as ever. Listen, don’t let the annoyance of the customers get to you fellow employees, I understand it’s hard having to deal with different types of customers but not every customer is that way. Some of them (like us) just want to make sure we have everything we PAID for, and then we can go on with our day.
The staff that was here today on 07/03 around 6 pm were so disrespectful. The customer service was almost nonexistent. A couple was in front of me and they did not speak english. I could already tell they would need my help ordering and I was more than happy to step in. The woman at the front was so visibly upset that they could not understand her. Once I stepped in she seemed to not even understand me and I had to explain it about 3 times what the couple wanted. MIND you, I did not have an attitude I was just trying to help the couple get the order they wanted. She kept rolling her eyes and her tone was so dismissive. She then proceeded to go to the back and very openly and loudly express how annoyed she was and she was given us dirty looks toward her coworkers. Then, we heard another employee at the drive-thru say to a customer “One moment please, I will get to you when I get to you, like I said the last time.” I understand working in customer service is NOT easy. Us customers can be difficult sometimes but if it’s going to affect you so much where you can’t keep a smile on your face or you are disrespectful toward the customers then this is not the job for you. As someone who used to work in customer service you need to overlook that customers can be frustrating and even rude themselves at times, but sometimes it crosses the line especially if we know we did nothing wrong. It was so bad to the point that we left without ordering because we were worried that they would do something to our food. Do better Wendy’s.

The food was nice and fresh, however they forgot to give me sour cream and a 6 piece nuggets in my bag, again no big deal mistakes happen but when I went back into the dining room to ask for my 6 piece nugget and sour cream. I was ignored 3 staff members including a manager looked right at me and didn’t say hello or I’ll be right with you or anything. Finally a very nice woman came out from the back and asked if I needed help. She was the most polite and considerate person there !

Went there at the Germantown Pike and DeKalb Pike and ordered a kids meal for grandson. Got all the way home to feed him and the cheeseburger was not even in the bag!!! Needless to say I couldn’t drive all the way back to Gtown Pk. to get his Lil cheeseburger . So annoyed with these ppl who do the bare minimum bc they are not getting a living wage. Unfortunately, the consumer pays for the corporate’s unwillingness to pay their subordinates. Wendy’s suck on so many levels. Dave needs to do better and give these workers a reason to do their job with some enthusiasm…

to any wendys executives: I just stopped by the east norriton pennsylvania location again tonight for the second time 12/30 and the same manager was from the night before and they went above and beyond the call of duty the mandy on tonight she needs to get a big recognition she was super friendly.
