Get this. I order a simple ice cream cone (the best thing they have there) and wait in line. Instead of taking two minutes they take 45 minutes. I’m waiting there and people keep getting their food. I don’t. We ask the workers and they simply say to keep waiting. So we do for another 10 minutes. While I wait I see there hamburger making process. Absolutely disgusting. They have the patties preheated in this bright red plastic school looking container. They just pull them out and stack them on the bread. After they take a handful of Fry’s and throw them in with little care. Meanwhile a Karen is yelling at the employees. What has this world come to!? Why is fast food so slow?! And can someone tell me what is in the meat?????! Thank you

I declined the receipt cause I made a mobile order which has a mobile receipt but no way to fill out a survey, so I wanted to express here my grief with the manager who I spoke with named Jeremy. Do better on how you speak to customers,
“-and you’re just now calling?”, mind you it was only 30mins ago since I placed the order
“-well you better bring your receipt!”.
I didn’t speak to you rudely in any way I simply expressed my issue with a missing item and promptly told you the time the order was placed it so you could look it up. Your own previous experiences are not mine and how you feel should not be conveyed to the customer in this way.

Apparently you’re not allowed to order oatmeal for breakfast because it takes too long!! I had an older female server yelled at me “we don’t have time to make your oatmeal!” They charged me for it, gave me the rest of my breakfast minus the oatmeal, knowing it was supposed to be with the rest of my order. It wasn’t the first time they shorted my order of oatmeal. I went back and politely told them that they forgot it and that’s when the employee yelled at me with the manager standing beside her. I’m no totally surprised seeing as the service is terrible more often than not. Not to mention cold food. Definitely time for new management. I wont be back! But I am calling McDonalds corporate!!

Really no reason to leave a review about McDonald’s because we all know what they are but this needs to be said. I just went into the store and ordered food and there was an option to buy the Grinch socks on the screen. Have wanted to get another Grinch meal but they are not available but somehow today they show Grinch socks are available. So I paid $2.50 for it.
Out comes my food and I’m told that I can’t get the socks because they don’t have them. And then told it’s kind of my fault for ordering them because they’re out the ordering kiosk shows they have them. He then wants to give me a drink or some food item but I’ve ordered all I want and more. He has no way to refund my money for the socks. Shame on McDonald’s selling an item and then claiming that they can’t refund the order.
UPDATE: I sent a message to the McDonald’s support email while still in the parking lot. They left a reply to contact them there. Nothing back yet. Not sure why you bother to tell a customer to contact you if you are unable to respond in after 3 days.

I don’t understand why people work here yet they hate their job. Dude dressed in red uniform working the window rudely gave me my food like If he was in a hurry to be somewhere I checked the bag and they didn’t put any of the sauces I had asked for. I asked him for ranch and bbq I asked him for 2 of each for my BIG order and he hands me 1 of each then I asked him oh just 2? Then he shuts the window and walks away.. sorry it came out of your check man!

I had an online order placed for the store over 10 minutes in advance. After I arrived I waited for another 10 minutes before asking about my food. They claimed to have no orders placed so I showed them my receipt. In response the manager came out to fix the issue. I have never been treated so poorly in any restraunt before. He was extremely disrespectful and unwilling to help with the issue. The only reason I didn’t lower my rating is because the people at the counter were kind and helpful. It was disappointing that nobody there seemed to know what anything was on the menu. I would definitely go to a different store if you are wanting McDonald’s

Constantly ignored when I enter the establishment. Not even a hello we will be right with you, not a smile from any employee ever, and when I had asked about my order I have been spoken to as if I should already know the answer to my question. Just all around poor customer service every single time I have been here.

Went to the drive through 9/28 around 9:30. Ordered just fine, paid just fine then i proceeded to the next window. I waited in the drive thru to get my food for almost 10min after paying. Nobody came to the window to greet me or anything then after 10min one of the workers handed me my food and asked if I got my drink i said no and she then handed me drinks about 3/4 full. I checked my food it was cold the fries were cold and the big Mac was missing patties. My happy meal cheeseburger bun was also super hard and felt like it had just been sitting there for a while my kid couldn’t eat it. I understand waiting that long if the food was made fresh or if they were super busy but this was not my case. I don’t understand how food prices went up but the service is subpar.

One of the cleanest and FRIENDLIEST McDonald’s restaurants I have been in. They are open for dine in from 7 am to 8 pm and the whole time I was in the store, I witnessed total adherence to COVID-19 rules. Crew members cleaning tables constantly, bathrooms getting checked regularly and even through the masks you could hear the smiles and the willingness to make customers happy. I would have given 5 stars, but I have a hard time knowing if I am being discussed or my order is being ridiculed when the crew members are staring at me but speaking in a language I don’t understand. I have no problem with different cultures, I just would like to know why I’m being stared at or if I am being asked a question. But all in all it was a great experience and I will be back and tell my family to come to this store.
