We ordered online and picked up inside, right away as we entered the staff welcomed us, they directed us to the pickup location, and offered assistance, we appreciate their smiles, and attentiveness, much appreciated! It just feels good when you’re acknowledged, great job!

I ordered Sandwiches online and picked them up right away. When I got home the outside of the bottom bread was soggy and a pinkish color like they set it down on a cutting board with liquid on it. It was really gross. I went back to the store. They didn’t even look at it. I was hoping to have it remade. They told sorry they could not remake it that’s just how they make their sandwiches and next time I should order it differently. I understand the oil and vinegar on the inside of the sandwich but not the outside of the bread to be soggy and saturated with it. We actually order from Jersey Mikes often and have never had this. After this we will definitely be changing sandwich shops especially this location. I was floored by the lack of customer service and not making sure the quality was up to par. Very disappointing and rude customer service.

Crowded little shop, eight people behind counter didn’t ask how much of diffrent vegetables that I wanted. Very hectic atmosphere. Food was good but unlikely to return due to noise of attendants yelling back and forth and a $26 sandwich seemed a bit much.

Been here a few times and just amazing staff and great food.
I did have an issue today when I order the cheese steak (17). I asked for no peppers and it still had peppers. I can’t eat peppers because my stomach is sensitive to it. I don’t want to let this one bad experience tarnish the other times I went. But it were to happen again I would update to 4 stars.
