Bomb.com. I can see why people talk about five guys. Burgers were awesome. Frys were awesome. My kid loved the milkshake selection. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Ordered two burgers and a patty melt with Cajun frys. Got home and took a bit of my patty melt to notice there’s no meat. They game me a grilled cheese. So I paid 8.75 for a grilled cheese. When I called the restaurant to tell them and ask for my money back he says I can’t give you a refund since you places the order online that I can drive back across town well my kids eat there food to get a new one made correctly. The online order says if there’s problems with your food to contact the store directly. I guess not. And to top it off my frys where stone cold i guess they couldn’t even give me the freah frya that came out well they made my milk shakes.

I have no choice but to give the top ratings for this Five Guys. It was a cold night. But we received absolutely the warmest smiles and services here. The burger was done just right – the Five Guys way. The dining area was roomy, all tables properly cleaned. And the greetings and smiles for ALL of the staff really warmed our hearts.

First you walk in a the cashier is super nice! She explained the menu to us and did it all with a great smile. It was our first time here and she made the experience a great one. I love the soda machine so many choices and today I’m enjoying lime-coke yummers! The restaurant is clean but it wasn’t really busy yet. They also have a cute outdoor area. It’s Five Guy’s, so you know the burger will be good. Typical menu and decor. Staff at this location is courteous and quick to serve arriving customers. The burger takes the typical time for a five guys. I’ve never been to this location when it was busy, but I judge that by a Five Guy’s standard from Virginia, where it was always packed. Price is”average” for a west coast location too.

Had a Bacon Cheeseburger – All the Way! Yuuuuumm! Totally worth the $$$! Cajun Fries are the bomb! Service was friendly and incredibly fast for the burger you get! Likening it to In-N-Out on steroids! (I.e. good damn burger, super sized, quality at super speed!)
I still reserve my favorite Burger for a joint up north (closes, as of right now, being Eugene)! But, Five Guys is now easily in a 4 way tie in my top five favorite burgers!

Amazing customer service, food was oh so delicious! Great, friendly customer service. We all had a good laugh! We enjoyed dining in and sharing a huge portion of yummy French fries with our burgers. If you have a craving for a real cheese burger, this is where you want to go!

The hamburger meat was to small for the bun but it did taste good. We found no way to specify the doneness of the meat with our online orders. The fries where great. It was over priced for the quality of the burger in my opinion.
