This happened the night before Christmas eve. I’ve worked in the service industry for 17 years and have a different kind of respect and patience for those who do this kind of work. But what I witnessed that night was unacceptable.
I had gone through the drive-thru and was asked to pull around. I waited for just under 15 minutes and decided to go inside and check on my order.
When I walked in i immediately realized a few things. They were a little slammed, the uber eats driver looked antsy, and the crew looked stressed. I figured, ok it took a while because they are a little backed up.
I get my order but my friend notices a taco is missing. Ok, no big deal at all. They’re busy, stressed, and only human.
I go back in and let someone know of the missing taco. While I wait I’m witnessing who I assumed to be the manager talk poorly to employees and be rude to frustrated quests. (NOT irate, frustrated. There’s a difference).
I asked one of the employees if that was the manager and he nodded. I asked if that’s how she regularly talks to her employees. He insisted it was fine but I refuse to believe that’s true as I actively witness her being verbally aggressive with her crew and even a guest.
This is just the experience inside, the food we got was extremely soggy, my burrito smelled and tasted like one of the ingredients were left in room temp for too long. And I never got the missing taco because I just figured their problems were bigger than mine and decided to leave.

I’m really tired of this taco bell not giving me half my order so they can stand in the back eating free food. That’s literally the only thing they can be doing since they always steal half of our order.

I’ve ordered here a few times near midnight and every time I feel like my tacos are severely lacking meat. They also keep forgetting to include the hot sauce packets I put on the order through the app. Not the taco bell I’d recommend if you have other options.

Two years later and portion sizes are still way small, not worth the money!!! About half the size of the portions at my local TB in SW IN. Parking lot is full of pot holes.
2021 review- Portion sizes are way small here, what a rip off for the price of the meals. Taco and nachos were not full. Stick to dollar menu and avoid overpriced meal deals. The drive thru was busy but moved quickly, and cashier was very nice.

They were fast and accommodating. The drive thru guy taking my order mumbled quite a bit. I needed to ask 3 times what he said. But food was great.

Fast service but the cook has long hair and a beard. The drive-through worker was the manager was a bigger, dude, long hair, and a beard no one had hairnet or beard nets on. I know it’s Taco Bell but it’s still food I know in prison you have to wear a beard net to serve inmates, so why wouldn’t you have to wear a beard net to serve families and normal. People in the free world are usually eat Taco Bell 3 to 4 times a week for dinner after work. I’m done.

Great food, pretty fresh and hot. The nacho chips were very fresh and crunchy, the only complaint about it is that they were covered up with salt!! Too much of it. The waiting time was a little long, I ordered drive-thru.

Ordered extra beef, paid for extra beef, got barely a tablespoon on the chalupa. Chicken Chipotle Ranch burrito had three total niblets of chicken. Didn’t have time on lunch break enough to turn back once I got to my destination. Not certain why the meats were skimped on, especially when two of three items were upcharged.
