We ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were unusually greasy. I order the same thing usually on road trips at McDonald’s every time so I know this isn’t how it usually is at any other McDonald’s. The wrappers of our mcmuffins were wet, the muffins were wet from grease. Didn’t get sick but never experienced such greasy mcmuffins.

Men’s room needed attention. Line for the ladies room took my wife a while. Burger was dry and tasteless. Service was quick, though. Manager was on top of things!

I just spent 30 minutes waiting for a filet o fish and a kids happy meal. I was asked to pull up and no one ever brought my food out. I went inside and there was no one at the front counter. I went back through the drive thru and was told my food was sitting there waiting… for how long? Who knows. The young man was vaping while taking money through the drive thru and then I received my order wrong. I’m traveling today and this took an unnecessary 30 min out of my trip.

Men’s bathroom was an absolute mess and I almost slipped on the muddy trim on the floor. Service was horrifically slow. So much for a quick stop and get back on the road. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food

Worst establishment ever! Calvert is better. Y’all should be ashamed! 1st thing hit my nose, smelled like someone took a dump in the dining area plus over taken by flies. We had to fight them for our food. I waited 10 minutes for frappes just to have someone else’s dropped at my feet by staff! Then 10-25 more minutes waiting on ours. Upon taking back cold fries the woman took them from my hand and put them right back on the fry bin to pass along to someone else. Tables not washed floors filthy and people screaming at customers. Wow the longer I sit there lets me know I will not be back. These people are paid well and supposed to have an education instead the older lady looked and acted as if she was on speed the cashier clearly liked her phone better than her job. I asked for a fly swatter and of course they didn’t have one and they looked at me like I was trying to get something to kill their best friend (the flies). Please someone save our McDonald’s as we used to know them!!!! Once upon a time they cared about their reputation and didn’t just soak up the fact they are as common as dollar general and a Walmart (they everywhere) in places where there is nothing else to compete so they take advantage and don’t care!

I have been to this McDonalds location multiple times and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. I’ve watched the only cashier leave the counter and walk around in the back talking to coworkers while the lobby was full of people waiting to order. I had to get their attention to see if they were taking orders or not. On today’s visit a young man walked in and said he’d been waiting in the parking lot for 40 mins for someone to bring his apple pie out. I don’t know what’s going on at this place but THEY SUCK!!!

I WANT WHAT I ORDERED, not what yall think yall are trying to substitute Can anyone tell me why I order a basket of fries but instead get 2 regular fries? I literally just got cheated out of what I ordered. Ive worked at a McDonald’s before , I know how many regular size fries a basket makes and it sure ain’t only 2 regular fries. It’s not about the cost it’s about the principle of it. I ordered a whole basket and you gave me less than that!!!

The cashier placed everyone money in their hand but placed mine on the counter, had to remind her that I placed my money in her hand please place my change in my hand . Got my order fries filled half way and they were cold. Tried to get the lady attention saying excuse me miss, she looked at me and turned around and tried to ignore the 2 more attempts, I had to say very loudly EXCUSE ME! can I get some fresh hot fries and my fry box filled the way it’s supposed to be ma’am? It took 26 minutes in all to get my food!!! I left with my food and they didn’t put pickles on my quarter pounder deluxe and loaded a lot of mayonnaise on my burger, I felt like they were a little racist here, because I noticed things was different for the others⚪. I will not return ✌️

I walked in for a griddle only cheese and a coffee with extra cream and I eat my food, but the general manager Laura was making fun of my order. I asked her about it and why she was making fun of me she said to eat dirt. I’m pretty sure she was under the influence. Don’t come here if you’re looking for good service.
