I asked for LIGHT ice and this is what they gave me. I worked at Sonic for multiple years, I know how much ice you’re supposed to give, and this would be considered highway robbery for an order of NORMAL ice. I will be doing my best to file a report with Sonic Corporate, as this is not the first time I have experienced this complete and utter disregard for the customer.

My latest visit to Sonic truly amazed me. I’ve never experienced service at this level before. After we placed our order, during which the employee cut us off multiple times to ask if we were done, a mini blast and a small blast were ordered! We eagerly awaited for 20 whole minutes, during which time the screen stopped displaying the progress of our order and reverted back to the default. It must have figured there was no way that we hadn’t gotten our minuscule order yet. When finally we heard the musical patter of footsteps approaching, we were handed 2 blasts. To the casual observer this would seem like the end of this story. However this is unfortunately not the case. We quickly realized that both blasts were the wrong flavors. We alerted the employee who insisted that we had the right blasts (we didn’t). After convincing her that we know what we ordered, she took our order again and promised to return with the correct blasts shortly. 5 or 10 minutes later, she was back! with the same 2 blasts she started with. This may be shocking, but they still were not what we ordered. When we told her this, she shrugged and informed us that the employee that made the blasts was refusing to redo it again if it was wrong again (it was). We had been parked for far too long and we had to go, so unfortunately this story ends with disappointment and the blasts we ordered were never received. My girl Kerriana took care of me! It’s always nice to see people who enjoy their job and do a great job doing it!! Don’t see it a lot inside of the food industry!! She made my day and was very personable sonic will be seeing me more just so I can go check up on my girl

My online order was made wrong and when I told the lady, she rolled her eyes at me. She slammed the drive through window and walked away. I waited and when she came hack she stated “how you requested the burger isn’t how we make it”. I requested no mayo and ketchup. People customize orders all the time. Lady was so disrespectful and rude. Will not be going back here.

The people at this location denied me water and argued with me when I let them know it was a medical emergency, as you can see this location is in Texas you can google the time of year I made the review and see how hot it was. The staff all protected the identity of the women who started all the chaos, even Starbucks gives out free water to doordashers. Do better, I will be going to corporate about this location. I had a really GREAT experience at the sonic on the other side of town, I will only go to this location if I have to for doordash. Anyone else with similar experiences please share so they can hire better staff or retrain them to be humane and realistic based upon situations and not treat everyone or situation the same.

Today me and my friends wanted to have one last summer hooray before classes start so we ended up at sonic. We got out of the car to order cuz you know broke college kids and one person shouldn’t have to pay for everyone. First off, the app wouldn’t let any of us order to the same stall by the tables even though every other sonic lets you order to the same stall. Second, my friend ordered two things before a couple came and ordered their food on her card at the stall. They then got their stuff WAY before her. Third, another one of my friends waited way too long for his food. It was literally just a burger. They also brought none of us sauces for our food. AND why is a ranch PACKET 50 cents. They also forgot straws, like how do you forget that when you are handing out the drinks. I’m deeply disappointed this is how our last night of summer went. Genuinely made our night memorable because of how bad it was.

I got the cheeseburger deal and it is tiny. It looks nothing like the picture. This has to be the worst burger I have ever gotten from sonic. If I would have known it would be sooo little I would have gotten a real meal please take the BURGER promo down. It’s a disappointment.

Very fast and friendly service. The food was great. Be careful with traffic, it can get busy. It does have a little area to sit and eat. All in all this is a great place to to get a quick bite to eat. Gig Em Aggies!

I get the same thing every time I come to Sonic. I’ve been coming to Sonic for 40 years. This was an amazing experience today! Great food, the parking lot was clean and the car hop was AMAZING!!
