Juan and his wife are just starting their business in Madison. They are learning the ins and outs of customer service and will be fine with time and experience. The food was very good and all aspects of the public area was very clean. Give them a try, I think you’ll like it.

Traveling back home, the wife and I saw this on maps. Tired of Emporia options, we decided to give it a shot. I’m glad we did. My wife got the Loaded Baked Potato with brisket, and I got the TX Nachos with pulled pork. Both were outstanding. The owners were very friendly, and the service was wonderful. We will be coming back, and I suggest you get out there and show some love.
One thing to note. Google Maps doesn’t route you there properly. The business is on the block south of the marker on the west side right before the alley.

If you’re planning to go with more than 4 people, I wouldn’t recommend. We called ahead of time and when we arrived we were told it would still be awhile as they only have two tables capable of seating more than 4 and they were occupied. Kind of a know before you go situation. We left and did not try the food so can not speak to that.
