Your meal begins with an all-you-can-eat salad bar. For the main course, and our specialty, our meats are prepared the gaucho way—over an open flame with natural wood charcoal. We serve the following: Picanha, Brazilian Sausage, Leg of Lamb, Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon, Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon, Parmesan-Crusted Pork Loin, Garlic Picanha, Spicy Picanha, Beef Ribs Barbecued and more! *When purchased with a full-price meal children 2 years and under are complimentary, 3-5 years are $5.00 *Catering & Private Event options. *Takeout Menu accepts phone orders.

The meat on the side was delicious, it was made by charcoal fire, which gives it that smoky flavor. The homemade dressing was delicious, it had a hint of honey flavor with something special. The service was great, they always come when you’re out of drinks or food, they are very polite. The manager comes to check if everything is okay, which is great service. Thanks to the chef who works hard on the food they make and the server who works hard. I love the chocolate cake, not much of a sweet tooth, but it was just the right amount of sweet to share with family. The restaurant was super clean, they always pick up the plates that were empty, always check if we have water or drink or food on our plates. The sides for what you want to pick were always full.

Had an absolutely amazing dinner at Texas de Brazil in Honolulu! The Brazilian BBQ was cooked to perfection, with a fantastic variety of delicious, tender meats brought right to our table. The whole churrasco experience is incredible and so much fun.
The highlight of our meal was our server, Wyatt. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service truly made our night special.
Great atmosphere, phenomenal food, and top-notch service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal in Honolulu.

Texas de Brazil is the all you can eat, gut loading equivalent to Korean BBQ or Japanese hot pot. But it’s Brazilian so it’s good in a different way. If you are going to do it right go in hungry and be prepared to drop $100 a person.
It’s meat!!! Lots and lots of meat!!! Who wouldn’t love it? Well, a vegetarian wouldn’t, don’t bring them here. No one wasts to eat tasty animals while someone goes on about the ethical reasons to eat tasty animals. Also, all the beef is rare, good luck trying to get anything well done. My wife likes steaks somewhere between shoe leather and charcoal. She wasn’t impressed with this places meats. So a return trip isn’t going to happen.
The salad bar was phenomenal. It has good quality ingredients. I would go back just for it, if it was price conducive, it is not.
The desserts were great so save room.
All in all it was an experience that I enjoyed. For me it was a new type of dining experience, which I am always for. Would I go back as a repeat customer, no I would not. Would I go with someone that has not tried it before, yes I would and I would enjoy the experience again through their eyes.

I had an amazing experience at Texas de Brazil in Ala Moana! The food was incredible as always perfectly cooked meats, a super fresh salad bar, and nonstop delicious options. But what made the night even better was our awesome waiter, Constanza. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her energy and service really took the experience to the next level.
If you’re looking for great food and outstanding service, definitely ask for Constanza. She made our visit unforgettable! My Grandma really enjoyed celebrating her birthday here!

BIG MAHALO to our sweet, hardworking server, Kelly. She and the Texas De Brazil Gauchos made my husband’s 60th birthday celebration 100% perfect. We enjoyed the opportunity to sing, talk story, and laugh together. Head Honcho John graciously made sure our first full-experience was all it could be. Top notch atmosphere, service, presentation and a truly onolicious, broke dah mouth meal. The desserts were unreal! We had the key lime pie and citrus creme brulé. Here’s a pix of my first plate from the salad bar — doesn’t reflect even half the offerings! Our son, who has been to other Texas De Brazil restaurants in the states, gave the Hawai’i branch No Ka ‘Oi status! Ho’omaika’i gang!

We came when it was packed. (We did have a reservation). We didn’t get as much meat options as we should have. Understandable because it was packed. Service was a little slow, but terry & kelly made our experience a lot better with how they took care of us. Just wish they walked around with more meats. Felt like we paid just to eat the salad bar..

What really stood out was her warm personality. She made us feel comfortable and valued as guests, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Even during busy moments, she remained calm and efficient.
