Basic eatery on the beach where you should probably prefer the mussels served in many variants. I had the bad luck to chose a salmon and avocado tartar and a plate of 3 little pieces of local cheese that, like the tartar, had probably spent the previous night under a plastic foil in the refrigerator, judging from the rests of plastic foil on the edges of the plates. Appreciate the effort taken by the staff to speak English and explain the food to us. They were patient and puts us at ease. Doing their best. Food is awesome except beef could be warmer when served. The mussles were generous and goes really well with champagne. Setting is cosy. For menu refer to images to have an idea of what is served and price point.

La cocotte is named for the round oven dishes that are served direct to table. Containing stews or moules (mussels) a great view of the beach and sea.

The food was great (muscles and cod/salmon dishes) and the seating area on the promenade was great in the evening sun and friendly staff. Missing because chair+table design/layout meant they took up space or badly positioned so I had to keep moving for the staff who also knocked me several times. Also had to queue in a busy area for an unnecessarily complicated payment system more like a buffet restaurant.

The food was nice . The service could be improved as they are a bit slow but it was fine overall.

Food was decent, not great – pizza was a little soggy, mussels in a bucket were a bit of overcooked. The restaurant was busy, so I was okay with all that. But, the worst/wierdest part was that I needed to order bread (extra) for soaking up the mussel juices, as it didn’t come with the dish…

Food was good, but service was terrible.
Lady who served us was so rude, I had a feeling that guests will do dishes in the kitchen.
Not recommend. Especially if is special occasion .
