The food was amazing and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere of the establisment is very friendly and welcoming. Our server was Gail JC and she was absolutely amazing and very attentive. She checked on us and kept making sure that our drinks were full and that we didnt need anything. Definitely the best IHOP i have been too! Thank you. You guys were amazing.

We recently visited this newly opened IHOP location and had a wonderful experience. The dining area is filled with natural light, which we really appreciated especially compared to some of the darker IHOPs in the Lakeland area. The bright, welcoming atmosphere made the space feel open and comfortable.
We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which wasn’t too bad considering how busy they were. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs, and my husband chose the steak omelette, blueberry pancakes, and a side of toast. Everything was cooked well and tasted fresh.
Our waitress, Marissa, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Although there was a slight delay with our food, she kept us updated, and we enjoyed having time for a relaxed conversation while we waited.
Overall, it’s a great spot for families and couples alike. We’ll definitely be back!

We came for dinner on the second night of being open and had a great time. Latreas was a great server and took care of us. The service was fast and friendly. The food tasted great. A lot of choices to look over. Prices were reasonable too. The inside is all fresh and new. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful breakfast at IHOP! The environment was great and very accommodating for me and my 5-month-old baby. The food was delicious, but what really made the visit special was the amazing service. Our waitress, Karlie, was so friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant was slammed but it flowed very well. Our server Jen was outstanding, and managers all worked together to get people seating and served. The came out quick and was hot and fresh. Great job, team!

My daughter and I went for National pancake day, around dinner time. We were seated right away and our waitress latrease showed up within a moment of being seated. She was extremely friendly and helpful in placing our order. Our food and drinks came out quickly, hot and fresh. We did have a problem of our over hard eggs being runny still, but they were taken back and quickly corrected for us. Overall, we had a great time and a delicious meal. 10/10 would come back!

I want to thank the Store manager Cindy Maher and the entire team at this location for their outstanding generosity and professionalism. We reached out requesting donations for a community event and they went above and beyond . Not only did they step up without hesitation on the coldest day of the year, they prepared over 120 pancakes to help feed the volunteers who were giving their time to provide free dental care for children.
I want to personally thank them, on behalf of everyone involved in the event, for their time, effort, and genuine commitment to the community. It’s especially impressive considering the location just recently opened. Their dedication truly made a difference.
