It’s important to note that online orders take significant priority over those customers who stand in line. My daughter went inside to order this morning, and we arrived early around 7:35 in order for her to get her order and get to school on time. I was able to drop her at the door, fill my tank with gas and return to the front of the store where I had to wait on her for about 10-12 more minutes. She said when she arrived there was one person ordering in front of her . They received their order and left before her order was even taken. At least five customers went in and came out with coffee drinks before my daughter was served. I understand that online orders are important and they hit a que to be prepared as well, but counter service matters as well. Everyone has places to be in the morning. Fortunately my daughter made it to school before the bell, but this experience will certainly make me think twice before coming back. At least letting customers know how long their wait might be would go a long way. Process was over 20 minutes.

I go to this location often. They always get the order accurate. I like that they do their orders as they come in the queue instead of shoving my online orders to the back like I don’t matter. They are always friendly when I come in. Everything looks clean.
