The Burger King building is brand new, so I thought I would check it out. I think the new space is bright and airy, but the seating area is smaller. I ordered and got my food quickly. I got the Whopper Jr. and small fries. The price was reasonable. The burger tasted like BK, but the patty was very small and overcooked.

Sat in the drive through speaker behind a young lady finishing up her makeup for several minutes, then backed up and moved over to the other line and after a short bit I was told that someone would be with me. Waited a few more then drove on around and at the drive through window sat a customer still waiting for his order. I thought I was at the Taco Bell store in Sweetwater TN where you wait at the speaker until someone asks you to pull up to the window and then you can make your order, pay for it, then they make it. Not a good way to do fast food.

This is easily the worst Burger King I have ever been to. On two separate occasions I’ve been made to wait over 20 minutes for a dine in order when it wasn’t that busy. And to top it off this morning I got breakfast, went to the restroom, and the staff cleared my table and tossed my drink and what was left of my food before I could come back out. This location has easily the most disrespectful and downright rude employees.

Waited at the drive thru order box for 7 minutes. We were asked to wait, and then no one ever came back. We tried to get their attention multiple times to no avail. Why do they have 2 drive thru lanes when they can’t manage one? I will definitely not return to this location. I can’t speak to the quality of the food, because they apparently didn’t want to serve any to me.

Everyone was so nice and kind, but I ordered a double whopper with cheese, no tomato or pickle and got a single with no cheese or lettuce and a ton of pickles. I went back to have it remade and they did, but it was still missing the cheese. I didn’t feel comfortable going back a second time to complain so I just decided to put cheese on at home.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Burger King. I sat at the drive-thru speaker and repeatedly said “hello,” but no one responded. After waiting, I pulled up to the window just to place my order.
The employee at the window told me she could not take my order and that I had to go back around. She claimed she had “just gotten there,” yet she was clearly speaking to the customer before me and then to the customer after me. She was only taking orders from one side, while completely ignoring mine.
When I explained that I had already waited at the speaker and received no response, instead of helping, she accused me of screaming at her, which was completely untrue. I was speaking in a normal tone and never raised my voice.
She then slammed the window shut in my face, which was extremely unprofessional. I waited while she stood inside talking with other employees. When she came back, I calmly asked to speak to a manager and again stated that I was not screaming. She refused and continued to insist that I was.
I was told that if I wanted to speak to a manager, I would have to come inside. After being ignored at the speaker, refused service at the window, falsely accused, and having the window shut in my face, I left without ordering.
This is no way to treat customers. I did nothing wrong, this situation happened because the employee failed to do her job and handled the situation poorly.

Do not go here. You will not receive your whole order and they will not refund for the food they did not provide. We never eat fast food. I wanted burger king for a treat so I didn’t have to cook. Not only was it not ready when my husband got there to pick it up after the pick up time. We were missing a large fry for my husband and a small halfsies for 1 of my kids. I put the order in online for pick up, he had no clue what I ordered. He got home and as soon as I saw what was missing we called the store. We were not driving another 15 minutes to pick them up we just wanted a refund and according to the store they can not do that I had to go to the website. I did they absolutely refuse to refund the less than $10 for the food I did not receive and refuse to make it right. I’m not interested in a credit that won’t be used. My husband said when he was there the employees were clueless and the manager was yelling at them from the back who needed to take a break. I will not go back to this store and will tell anyone who will listen this company would rather steal $10 from a family than make right their mistake. Now I remember why I don’t eat fast food.

Drive thru was slow as molasses. Order was wrong (asked for no Mayo and they decided that means just meat and bun). Built a shiny new building but nothing else has changed.

They need to do somwthing about the drinks they dont taste good anymore the mello yello was not good at all went thru drive thru and the drinks didnt taste good. It was too late to go back to get another drink and it hasn’t been the first time either.

Friendly people. Entire order was incorrect. Repeated our order several times and we were assured they understood what it was even though the screen did not match. Received 1/4 correct items many which were cold and stale. Will not be returning.
