I had one of the worst experiences ever. Ordered my food cost around 50 for a group of 5. We waited 50 minutes for our food we watched people with DoorDash come in and get their food and we waited as multiple people were. The employees keep going outside and walking around, one employee was just staring at a wall instead of making our food, the food was mid had better, also the place smells so bad like like I can’t describe it but smells so bad!! Will never come back only good thing that happened is they gave us free coupons

Second 6-1-2025 Update: What the hell! We got our food, Nacho pictured were ordered with extra beef. Mexican Pizza was ordered with extra beef and the other thing was supposed to be a Mexican Pizza. This place used to be good. Not one person acted like they cared about anything. It’s your job, you get paid, at least give the bare minimum. What a joke. Check out my other reviews because negative reviews aren’t something I’m known for. I’m currently writing this review sitting in the Taco Bell on Illinois Road. I’m hoping it’s better because Taco Bell sounded GREAT!
6-1-2025 Update: Kiosk only ordering…..I don’t get paid to take my own order and I don’t get a discount. Y’all take drive thru orders you need to take them inside as well. You have a counter and registers as pictured.
Food was GREAT! I don’t know how to use all the technology to order so I waited a very long time at the counter for service. Had great conversation with other customers. The only improvement could be that there was someone to attend the counter to service people. So people walked out due to the wait.

Drive Thru, told to swing around front and they would bring the food out. They must have forgotten me so after a lengthy wait in drive thru I waited another 15 minutes for the food to be brought out. Got home and the Party Pak was now falling apart. Also the lettuce was missing and barley had a strand of cheese or 2. Worst Party Pak I’ve ever had. Went back next day to tell them about it and lady just giggled could care less. Also no one will take your order in the lobby. U gotta use the kiosk. I give them 2 years and this location will close. It used to be great now it just is not worth going to anymore. Im out, good luck yum brands. Pizza hut is also on its way out. I guess that’s where we are at these days.

They are very rude and then my food tasted like a house hold cleaner. I will never eat there again and I recommend no one to eat there. I hope corporate see this review. It also was hair in my food that’s so nasty.

Ordered two items. Avocado ranch crispy chicken taco and Crunchwrap supreme. The crispy chicken taco had very little meat in it and I thought maybe that’s just how it is with a new menu item. Then got my Crunchwrap Supreme and it had hardly anything in it at all. Mostly tortilla. I’ve had this menu item at plenty of other places and it’s never been this bad. Straight trash effort. If I could put ZERO stars I would. I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience here was worse than the worst. I came to Fort Wayne for a work trip and got off late with my employees. We had a late night and needed something to eat so we decided to go to Taco Bell. We decided to go inside just to use the bathroom and we were immediately told to leave and that the lobby was closed. Keep in mind the doors were open and I really had to pee. The bathrooms are in the front so I was already in the bathroom and a woman yelled at me from outside and said whoever just went in the bathroom needs to get out now. I opened the door and said can I please just use the bathroom and she refused. Then we went through the drive thru. I asked for a Dr Pepper and they said they did not have it, but it popped up on the screen as if there was and she immediately took it off. When I politely asked, she was rude and said there is a button for it because the systems are all the same but she does not have it at this location, which is fine. Then I asked for a wild berry Baja blast (meaning a freezee). She stated we do not have a wild berry Baja blast and I said just the wild berry freezee please. We ordered three STEAK grilled cheese burritos, nacho fries, and a Crunchwrap supreme. When we got to the window the two women were not friendly. One handed me a mixture of wild berry and Baja blast which they originally stated they did not have but still gave me? I don’t like mt dew so I asked for just the wild berry and she was clearly upset by this. Then when we got our food, the quality was AWFUL!!!! The nacho fries were old and hard as a rock! When I bit into one my coworker literally asked me if I bit into a bone. There were barely any fries to begin with and seemed as if they had been out all day or maybe even days. The minuscule burritos were chicken, not steak, and overall terrible quality of food. I am not sure if this was intentional due to the encounter inside or just because this location is bad. I would not recommend going to this location at all and it was a waste of money. I’ve looked at other reviews as well and it seems like this is a constant issue.

Burnt. Two slivers of steak on one, barely any on the other. They didn’t even give me the cantina taco. Burnt old potatoes Hire people who can think please. This is a waste of money and time cause now I have to come back to get the full refund. Yes I’m getting MY cash back.

Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru on my work break for my food and when I got to the window they said they couldn’t take Apple Pay unless I come inside. All workers should first state through the speaker that there is no Apple Pay in the drive thru to not waste workers time or customers time.

This location needs to be inspected, and evaluated by the health department and investigated. I’ve had nothing but issues with this one location in particular, they always forget drinks, food, etc.. And then when I went to pick up a mobile order, there was a giant wad of hair in my taco! It almost looks as if somebody dusted or swept, and it somehow ended up in the food. When I brought it to the locations attention, the lady had a very rude attitude and tone, and followed up the “apology”, with a “but these things happen.” When I went up there with proof and a receipt, I had only been compensated with $3.23, and the woman on the phone was in the back still being rude. Now the person who ate the taco is feeling sick. I’m contacting corporate, and the health department as well. Please watch out for this location.
