DO NOT COME IN AS A GROUP UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE DINE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. i was told by an employee AT THE CASH REGISTERS to either sit down or leave the restaurant otherwise they’d cite me for loitering for just standing near my friends and they were ordering by the kiosk. when i was waiting for the rest of my friends to finish ordering their food because WE CAME IN AS A GROUP that is when i wasn’t given an option to stick near them since i DROVE THEM TO THE MCDONALDS. unfair discrimination towards me. do not order here as a group horrible service.

My wife and I go here regularly, the food is good. The only thing that brings back my review is we always use the app and despite having table service as an offered choice, they call out our table number like a counter pickup. I know that sounds snobby but it doesn’t make sense to offer it as an option of you’re not going to honor it. It’s a minor gripe in an overall pleasant experience

Missing an entire meal. Said I had to come back to get a refund or they would send me a coupon in the mail. I have little kids, one of which is napping, I can’t do that. I don’t want a coupon, just a refund for the food I didn’t receive. To me, this is stealing. If I didn’t receive the food I shouldn’t have to pay or come back another time with a coupon. I have never complained here before. I ordered on the app and did curbside. Ordered at 11:04 and didn’t get my curbside order until 11:25. Food was really cold. My toddlers wouldn’t even eat their fries. It’s just beyond frustrating that a company this large can’t refund a $7 item. Called customer service and waited on the phone for 40 min. They are just forwarding the complaint and “will get back to me”. Meanwhile, my kids are fighting while on the phone because they want attention, this was so not fair to them. Will not be coming back and told the kids we will not be going to McDonald’s anymore. Obviously, the food is grossly unhealthy to begin with, so probably a good thing. Just disappointed in the way everything was handled.

When I say 2 angels came out of no where not just once but twice , I cant explain how great full I am , I dont know there names , but I have muscle stiffness syndrome and neuropathy and and the male that help me they kept calling him the doctor and then there was a McDonald’s worker and she was so kind and I can’t thank them enough because my disease hit me so hard tonight not only did they help me get off the ground once but when I walked out of the place I hit the ground again and destroyed all my food for my family and they were kind enough to get me off the ground again and get me to my car and carried me me ,help me get in my car and get me to a secure place to where they could then get my order again replaced it even though they didn’t have to and I was able to go home with my family that night and I have the best night ever and I can’t think these angels enough I believe in God and God had my back tonight when he sent these two angels to me. I might not be able to repay them back now , but it will be my mission to pay them back in the future,

McDonald’s was a great place to bring my family for a meal and some fun. My daughter made some new friends. And the service was great and professional. The food was made quick and fresh. My family and i where very happy with our visit.
I would have put 5 stars if the tables were kept up with in the kids area. Besides that, we wiped our own table and enjoyed our time.

Recently, my drive-thru order was messed up and missing a few items (I get that mistakes happen sometimes). I went inside with my food and receipt, explained the error, and asked for the rest of what I’d intended to get (I’d ordered a meal, but it was rung up as individual items).

The man at the counter, around mid-40s, responded rudely, saying, “You got what you ordered,” and insisting I’d have to buy the missing items separately. I clarified that while I technically received the listed items, the order itself was incorrect. I was fully willing to pay for the additions, but his tone made it seem like he thought I was trying to scam free food.

As a well-dressed man in my 50s, I felt treated like a homeless person angling for handouts. It left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer.

Mobile ordered food to this location. When I arrived no one would come to the speaker or the window, when someone finally came. They told me that they weren’t open yet even though it was well into opening time. I asked about my order and if I would be refunded and he told me he couldn’t help me at all. So out money and no food

I usually like this location but their listed hours are incorrect on Google and in the app. Ive tried to grab a bite overnight several times only to arrive and have to cancel my online order since they are closed. Please update your hours!

Worst customer service I have ever had at this location or any Mcdonalds for that matter. The drive thru lady that takes the money has very poor customer service skills. Screaming at me about my online order and the process in front of other customers. I usually use the app in evening and few times the workers tell me to bypass the pay window. So I did that today and I got an ear full. I think she wanted me to back up and smash into the cars to give her the code again. Unprofressional. She could have simply told the worker giving me my food to make sure next time I stop at the pay window first. No reason for her to scream at me like she did and try to argue with me in how I have done it in thr past. She wasnt there so how does she know. And i could careless if there was new workers, not my problem. Maybe get someone more friendlier to work the pay counter and have her retrain how to speak to customers. Unreal shitty experience to start my morning.
