The service has taken a dive in the past few months. 20 minutes drive thru wait for cold food and this sad hot honey sandwich. And before you ask me to go on the website… I did and left feedback. Thought others should see dumped fries in bag and what a large fries looks like. $8 for a chicken sandwich that missing most of its toppings.

I come to this McDonalds quite frequently. This morning I came in to get a caramel frappe. I always get extra caramel. Normally they put the extra caramel on top of the whip cream. But today around 7:45am I went in and ordered my normal order. They put it on the inside of the cup and on top of the whip cream. This is what I am talking about when I say I want extra whip cream. So thank you to whichever McDonalds worker made this for me.

My family and I Just had the most disgusting and horrible experience from the drive through at this forsaken place.I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and could not believe my eyes.First off the young woman at the drive through window gave my daughter the most dirtiest and nastiest look ever for no reason.Anyway the cheeseburger was disgusting.The burger buns were flat like pancakes cold and looked old.The fries were equally disgusting half full and cold.The paper wrapping looked as if it were crumpled and reused.I could not believe my eyes.!! Our burger place is Burger King hands down.Stopping here at this McDonald’s was the closest due to road closure where Burger King is located.To make matters worse trying to get a better or fresh order was like pulling teeth.The woman at the window rolled here eyes at my daughter and for what.The man too .I don’t know how he thought we ordered a McFlurry to make matters worse.The worst experience ever.I will be asking for my money!! I will never ever again stop at this McDonald location on 6th.Street.P.S.Corporate McDonald stop hiring Immature & unintelligent disrespectful rude demeanor bad attitude People!!! Do not eat at this location!!!.I will be posting pictures of what they gave us!!!

If 0 stars were an option, I’d choose that. My husband stopped to get a quick dinner tonight, he arrived and ordered his food. They read it back and still forgot a happy meal for my kid, fine. He went around (because they wouldn’t let him pay at the window) and ordered a new one. He gets back home and we’re handing out food. They completely forgot a McDouble and chicken nuggets. I only had my fries and drink. He heads back to go fix the issue, i check to see if his sandwich was made correctly. He asked for a Big Mac with xtra meat and no pickles. The sandwhich is just bread and meat! Can’t even make this up! I stop in the mornings sometimes and the morning crew is so much better and so polite!

My mother had not eaten McDonald’s in many years. She was so surprised stating the fish sandwich was very tasty, hot and fresh. As a very petite small built person, she was so happy that she ate my father’s original chicken sandwich too. Thank you for making an elder very happy!!!

If you don’t already suffer from depression this place will definitely make you depressed. You get told to wait aside for 20 minutes then when you ask them about your order the workers seem to have forgotten your existence. Then when you do get your order it’s the wrong order. I gladly welcome the AI takeover of these jobs.

We went through drive thru and they had us pull into one of the stalls to wait for our food. 15 min later we had to stop one of the employees bringing out the food to another car and asked if they forgot about us we had to give them our receipt and waited another 5 min before he even came out. Terrible service sauces were missing and food looked like it was sitting out under a heat lamp will not be returning.

Oh my god! This restaurant is filthy and the first thing that should be done, is closed it down for 2 days for a deep cleaning. Secondly the food I got sucked my order was completely wrong, the french fries were cold and Soggy and not salted, I got a bun with no cheese, no bacon, no pickles, no special sauce no nothing just meet that was the only thing on the bond. The coffee tasted horrible like it was strained through a dish rag. And not a new dish rag but a old slimy sour dish rag. The manager is named tammy, and her attitude was oh well, if you don’t like it Wendy’s is right next door. How does somebody like that even keep a manager’s job

So disappointed in this McDonalds lately. My breakfast bagel was missing the most important part. Didn’t even give me a receipt. They don’t care about the customers anymore. Raise your price, lower your standards that doesn’t seem fair.
