One of the best Mexican seafood restaurants I’ve dined at to this day! It never disappoints! I’m addicted to their Puplo Culichi! Best flavor ever! It’s got a savory char taste to it! The octopus is very tender and pairs nicely with the rice it’s served with. Our server was phenomenal and I wish I remembered his name! He was very attentive. I’ll definitely keep coming back! Thank you Mariscos Nayarit for some great dining experiences!

Food looked really good on the menu but it was not good at all. Ordered steak with shrimp, steak came out burnt on one side and I could not finish it because of the burnt taste that was overwhelming. Shrimp had no flavor and was served with no lime. No flavor or taste for either main corses. 15% gratuity is included on tickets over $100 so that si probably why the server only dropped off food and never came back.

a great mexican restaurant with lots of seafood dishes. it also came with complimentary ceviche and tostada. chips and salsa is available upon request.
we just ordered the chipotle chicken enchiladas which were delicious! the sauce was great and the chicken was actually grilled, rather than shredded which was a nice touch. the rice was a bit over cooked and i didn’t quite enjoy the green beans in them.
overall, great food and atmosphere. it was quite loud but was still able to talk. they also are very enthusiastic about birthdays too.
i would come again to try other items on the menu!

I didn’t have a good experience at Mariscos Nayarit in Raleigh. The food and drinks are overpriced for the quality you receive, and the service was disappointing.
During our visit, the waitresses seemed more interested in talking to each other than checking on their tablets or making sure customers were having a good experience. I don’t mind that a 15% gratuity is automatically included, but if a restaurant is going to add a service charge, the service should at least reflect that. Management should make sure the staff is attentive and engaged with customers.
It also feels like the restaurant is trying to position itself as a “big portions” place, but that’s not communicated clearly, and honestly, the portions don’t justify the prices. If that’s the concept, customers should be informed upfront so expectations are clear.
As an example, I ordered a molcajete a portion for two people, but it only came with three tortillas. I had to ask for more. I don’t mind paying extra if needed, but this should be done right from the start.
Overall, the food quality, service, and prices do not match. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Great food and atmosphere. Our servers were great. But they immediately ask when you sit down if you want a fruit juice such as pineapple. They DO NOT tell you it costs $10 for a small jug. I’m assuming I’m just gonna get regular cup of fruit juice with ice, but nooooo. They casually push an extra $10 on you in this shady manner. Come on, just be up front and honest. Are you trying to serve me or hustle me? Also I’m never a fan of automatic gratuity/service charge.
None of this is on the servers. It falls on whoever instructed them to hustle customers like that.

My family really liked this restaurant. The waitress speaks little English, but is very friendly and diligent. Very tasty food, large portions. The interior is pleasant and a pleasant addition is live music, which adds Latin American flavor.

food .-. I took a picture of the dessert though. Anyways, the food was AMAZING. We ordered aguachile verde, Louisiana crab boil, chicken Alfredo, and the Camarones San Blas. The aguachile verde had the right amount of lime and spice 10/10. The chicken Alfredo was very creamy honestly better than Olive Garden 10/10. Very flavorful. Louisiana crab boil did not disappoint. The sausage was thin and full of flavor, I think that was my favorite part. The whole thing I give a 9/10. It was missing something but I can’t put my finger on it. The camarones San blas sauce was good and spicy level was top tier 10/10. We also ordered a fried ice cream 5/10 but I’m not surprised they are not a dessert place, they are a seafood place. Overall, this place is amazing.
I will be coming back to try more stuff and I cannot wait!

The food and drinks were amazingly delicious very happy that we stopped here for dinner. Definitely recommend their mangoberry mojito probably the best flavored mojito I’ve had. We got their Enchilada supreme and shared it between 2 people, perfect portion for 2. The waitresses & waiters were so lovely and nice. Wish there was a location closer to home

Our experience i this wonderful seafood restaurant is great and amazing! This place has good vibes and energies. Food is delicious and the flavors fantastic. Customer services is one’s of The best I has received in Raleigh and the atmosphere super nice. Music in live(although is too much load and is impossible eat with band playing )I understand people enjoy it and we prefer go out side for our dinner .everything is cleaning. I recommend this restaurant . Prices are a little bit high but are fear. Something very important I forgot mention. The 15 % of tips are included in the bill .
