100% recommend! Our server was Brooke and not only was she attentive towards us, but also extremely thoughtful towards every table around us. I’m very impressed with every part of our experience! The wait wasn’t too long, and we had plenty of time to enjoy our food. It was clean and organized and relaxing. The lamb, gyoza, lotus root, and radish kimchi were my favorite parts! We got the tom yum broth and it was perfect too. Definitely coming back!

Came with my family!!The food and drinks slapped. Our server Emily was very nice (and very pretty she looked like Taylor Dearden!!) , she made sure we had everything we needed, she also helped us out when we needed something 10/10 would recommend!!

Tbh it’s a mixed bag coming up here, first time was a 2 hour wait and the fire Alarm went off in the mall and since they’re connected the alarm didn’t go off for about an hour and a half.
This time during the sleeper bowl we came up here no wait ready to go we also had an amazing waiter Steph, he was absolutely amazing and took care of us very well, it was great too see someone care about our experience the whole way and take care of other people at the same time. A great guy I recommend him anytime you come up here.

I went with my best friend Kat. We really enjoyed our KBBQ experience. The meats and sides were so fresh. The staff were very friendly as well. Jesse was our server. She was attentive and accommodating despite our ordering tablet not working. Also the music… bangers! I definitely recommend if you’re in the area to check it out.

I had an awesome experience at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot. The place has a really fun vibe and the food was honestly way better than I expected. The variety is huge—tons of fresh meats, seafood, veggies, and sauces—so you’ll definitely find something you like whether you’re doing BBQ, hot pot, or both.
The service was great too. The staff checked on us often without being annoying, kept everything stocked, and explained anything we weren’t sure about. The grills and broth stayed hot, the flavors were solid, and everything came out fresh.
If you’re looking for a place to hang out, eat a ton of good food, and try something different, KPOT is definitely worth it. I’ll for sure be going back.

The food was so good, and the pork belly was just spectacular. Our waitress Kelsey was super helpful and explained everything perfectly when it was our first time here, and we’re super appreciative of it 🙂 The atmosphere, food, and service was amazing and we would love to come again!

My boyfriend and I had so much fun here, and our server Emily was the best. Often at hot pot places the service can be bad because everything is chosen with an iPad, but her service was excellent. Also, all of the meat tasted so fresh and they have ice cream!!! Definitely come visit.

Update: 01/19/2026… My Wonderful Wifey curated a birthday adventure that culminated in the most amazing meal,.. Despite technical issues with the restaurant’s menu / order tablets, our server Emily and the rest of the KPOT Team stepped up and didn’t skip a beat in our dining experience… Which was the best ever!
Kudos to the entire staff for putting in the extra effort to make our dining experience so wonderful!
08/18/2025: Epic dining experience!… Our server Emily was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and attentive and timely. The ingredients could not have been fresher and arrived at the table within 1 or 2 minutes after ordering. The table maintenance was exceptional as the entire staff worked together as a team picking up empty plates and checking on drinks as they passed back and forth.
After living in Singapore and Thailand…and traveling extensively throughout Asia, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving KBBQ and Hot Pot or anyone looking to try a new and exciting style of dining. We will be back!… Already daydreaming about the next noodle soup we will make.
