Service was great, but food was mediocre. Again, super nice people!
Tacos were lacking seasoning. Asada was in strips and tough and hardly had any seasoning. The chicken had a nice char, and the grilled onions were a nice touch, but still not enough flavor. Salsa could not save the tacos either. The red salsa is tomato based, and there was only tomato and arbol chili that we were tasting.
Will be willing to try them again. But not anytime soon.

Fire Mexican Cuisine is a small, heartfelt spot with standout sauces, fresh ingredients, and a team that treats customers like neighbors. When it reopens, it’s absolutely worth stopping by to see what they’re cooking up.

First off, MOST AUTHENTIC TASTE. Passion in the food you can feel. Meat is seasoned to perfection and made fresh daily. You can smell it from the parking lot. Salsas beyond anything I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they make it, but it’s on point. The clown that said it was basic tomato sauce and jalapeño is taste bud dead! The comment that says “save your money and go to Roseburg” is for those not cultured enough to appreciate authentic Mexican food. Respect to this honest family business.
Oh, and the kids there? ADORABLE!

Burritos are good, I liked the avocado salsa. The red is more like an enchilada sauce. Tortilla could be warmer, and a little on the small side but it was only 10$ which is a pretty good deal these days.

This place is so good honestly. Idk what all thrse other people aren’t tasting but the food is amazing here. Not only that but the seasonings are more traditional than any other Mexican restaurant or food truck. If you have ever had authentic Mexican food you would actually know that its not about alot of salt or seasoning. Its the ingredients speaking for themselves. Fresh good quality food for a low price. That speaks louder than any place I have ever eaten at.

The food is good. Just a few selections, but it is good. Why I am giving a low rating is because they only opened 3-5 months ago and already rasing prices. One taco went from 2.99 to 3.99. In under 5 months. I used to get food here often. Before the truck was up and running they sold burritos and tacos inside chevron. The food truck not even open a lot. Just a few items I think just 3, but keep rasing prices. How do you raise it 25% this fast? Spend that extra gas money and go to Roseburg to gst mexican food.

Great service, great flavor, and worth the price! I can tell there is passion in the food. People who gave this place a 2 or 1 star can screw off because they don’t know about the food industry and think they’re automatically official food critics. Great job you guys!
