I’m not sure what I expected, every time I order here, it’s incorrect. The sandwich I ordered doesn’t even come with onions or mayo, so I’m not sure how that even happened. Customer service sucked as well.

I’m only leaving this review for the McDonald’s in Parkersburg, WV because it prompted me after reviewing another location. Overall, it’s what you’d expect from a typical fast-food stop—nothing bad, nothing exceptional.
The building looks a bit dated, but the service was quick and the food was consistent. I went through the drive-thru in the early afternoon, ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, and got my food without much of a wait. Pretty standard experience, but no complaints.

They’ve messed up my orders like 5 times in a row and i have to go back multiple times in one day just to get the food i payed for. One time a car crashed into the neighboring building and we tried to tell one of the ladies that worked there and she said “whattt..?? someone dropped their wallet??” girl no.. overall they never get my food right and keep giving me mcchickens with ketchup and cheese??? i always ask for a mcchicken with extra lettuce and I RARELY ever get that. Y’all are genuinely annoying me

A group of paramedics with a student had been ran all day. At front counter group was motioned to wait nonverbally while they spoke to someone at the front counter near register. Waited close to 10minutes and had to leave for another emergency run.

I’ve came through the drive-through twice this week and my order has been messed up both times during morning shift. First time I came through manager completely misunderstood what I said, and made the process more difficult by not just listening and understanding. the people at the next window had to fix it and they were just crew members . I suggest if you go here don’t go during the morning time

I bought 3 meals and only got one, and order 4 different drinks while they only gave one, this is probably the last time I’m going to McDonald’s. The guy working took off all of the meals at the end.

Egg McMuffin was good, but keeps shrinking. Very good coffee as always. 11/03/25 – Double Cheeseburger was dry, smaller patties and bun than last year. Large Mocha Frappe wasn’t full. Fast and friendly service. Clean.
