Very dissatisfied! I went to this Arby’s specifically for the smokehouse brisket sandwich. Over the past years I have ordered this sandwich from several Arby’s locations and was very satisfied with them. But I was very dissatisfied my visit on today. The sandwich did not have much meat on it and it just wasn’t a sandwich that I would have expected from an Arby’s restaurant.

Staff was more concerned about their schedule than customers. Only 2 of the 6 were working. Took over 10 minutes to get 4 sandwiches 4 sliders and 2 fries. The sliders appeared to be just tossed together and then wadded up. The Buffalo chicken had very little sauce on it. The only reason they were given 2 star is the roast beef sandwiches had a good amount of roast beef.I will not return to this location.

I haven’t gotten a Ruben from here in a while. It used to be one of my favorite sandwiches. I will never get it again. They changed the bread and I had to throw away the meat if you can call it that. It was all gristle. I am so upset I spent $8 on that. Never again. You don’t want me to add a photo.

I love this location. The food is always fresh and the staff is great. Very polite and helpful. It’s very clean inside and nice. Even when it’s busy they’re fast and if not they make sure that you’re happy when you leave. Plus their new mint chocolate shake is so good.

I just ordered two cheddar roastbeefs and each one had next to no cheddar sauce. You couldn’t literally put all the cheddar from both sandwiches on one fry. The cook had an attitude just tossing the sandwiches like she didnt wanna be at work.

I came through and ordered a deluxe cheesy bacon burger , as well as a classic beef n cheddar I stated I had a mayonnaise allergy so no “burger sauce” this was stated on my receipt upon arriving home there is not only a very thick layer of burger sauce on the top and bottom of my burger but not a single slice of bacon very sad as I paid $23 for 2 med meals and neither of them are edible and I’m unable to come back up to the restaurant very frustrating !
