Don’t order from here. We ordered pizza that obviously fell over in their delivery drivers car. We called to let them know and there was NOTHING they could do? They blamed it on extra cheese…. Horrible customer service. I have worked in fast food before and there is no excuse for that response. I get it accidents happen.. so send new pizza and be careful with it… don’t just say oh well.

Disgusting! I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 with half pepperoni and half plain. The other was a large plain pizza. Also, 6 chicken wings and an order of cheese sticks. After an hour of waiting, I was appalled to see that I got 2 personal pan pepperoni and meatball pizzas and 2 orders of greasy fries! For $ 42.09 (including a $5 tip for the driver )! I called Pizza Hut and was told that they sent me the correct order! Wrong! I was then instructed to send them a picture of the receipt and the order I received (included here). I did and… nothing! So no dinner for us tonight, unless I want to dig it out of the bin. Pizza Hut has fallen down a poophole, big time. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves. There went $42.09 of my hard earned money. Never again!!!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a chicken Alfredo pasta and it looked so good but tasted like nothing. The point of a chain is that wherever you go the quality is the same. I’ve never had bad pizza at Pizza Hut but I guess I should’ve read the reviews before ordering.

I went to Pizza Hut to pick up an order my in-laws had placed. While I was there, I decided to add two drinks, which came out to about $9 after tax. I paid the exact amount shown on the card reader. Before I could even grab the food to leave, the manager looked directly at me and told me I still needed to pay, even though I had just completed the transaction. When I looked back at the reader, it suddenly showed that I owed $1.97, which made no sense. What really bothered me was how the manager stared at me the entire time. His behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and even a little threatened. When I got home and checked my cards account, it showed a $2.11 charge, the taxed amount of the $1.97 tip I had Begrudgingly had to add. I did not want to leave a tip, but the way the manager handled the situation made me feel cornered into doing so. No customer should be made to feel pressured into paying extra out of fear or discomfort. Due to this, I will not be stepping foot into this establishment ever again.

I am terribly upset with the “new” pizza huts!!! The service is HORRIBLE, the food is a 50/50 gamble going by our prior 4 orders (12 months or so) .. If good Ole Pizza Hut recipes are followed, not burnt, yet completely cooked instead of play doh crust, and if ya really get lucky your food might be near hut without reheating…

Ordered pizza using PizzaHut App with 15 minutes ready after ordering stopped in for pickup. Pizza was ready when arrived but they didn’t cut it as square pieces as ordered !! The person didn’t say sorry .. also Didn’t provide additional ordered Marinara sauce cup being in hurry missed that .

Overall the worst Pizza Hut EVER. NO waitresses to talk to, leave a tip for or even see if we needed anything and how everything is? The pizza was gross with a weird aftertaste and tasted like cardboard. Shady place and service. If they a no star option they would get it. Very rude and we’ve never been served a pizza at any pizza place where we dine in with thr pizza in a box. Take out yes, dine in no. Absolutely no tip was left. We are not wasting money on poor service and rude people. Only 3 people working… ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN. THE ONLY PIZZA HUTS WE WILL BE EATING AT ARE IN Tunkhannock and near Knoebels in Berwick Pennsylvania. The manager was staring at us the entire time and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Very gloomy and creepy. Not inviting at all.

Two times I’ve called this place and I never got a pizza not last year and not this year. Last year they told me they have delivery but they didn’t have a car so they couldn’t deliver. Then the other Pizza Hut told me they couldn’t deliver to me because I was too close to the other Pizza Hut but they were only a half a mile away. Now they don’t know if they deliver to where I am and I can’t even understand what language they’re speaking and then I’m put on hold while they’re yelling across some room to ask if they deliver to where I am. That was in pennsylvania. A year ago I was in New Jersey and this is the third episode with Pizza Hut where I was waiting and waiting and waiting and they charged my card and they called and said they would be there in 5 minutes and no pizza. That’s three times I’ve called Pizza Hut in a year and I still have yet to get a pizza not from Dunmore Pennsylvania and not from Vineland New Jersey

Absolutely disgusting. I was afraid to eat there. Started with the bathrooms, I found there was no toilet paper in either stall, but a bunch of uses toilet paper all over the floor. Tried to wash my hands but there was no soap. Then I went to the lobby which has obviously not been cleaned in months. Food everywhere, spiders and spider webs everywhere, black mold above the windows, the parmesan cheese looked ancient. I am honestly shocked this place is able to operate under this condition. It’s disgraceful. I couldn’t get the nerve to eat what I ordered for fear of what the kitchen looked like with the rest of the place being so filthy. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I haven’t been in the area for a while so I thought I would give it a try. This place definitely disappoints. From the the food being deliver to our table in take out boxes with paper plates. No silver ware. I had to get plastic silverware in plastic bags for my family and me. The out dated decor. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year and ripped seats definitely won’t b back. And yes I do believe only the person who took our order spoke English. For the price you pay it should definitely be served. The rest room toilet seat needed to be replaced should have taken a picture. The laminate is peeling off.
