Awesome food and service. Quick delivery of burgers and fries and onion rings.
Not as clean as other places and no attention to detail. Garbage can is dirty as is the floor. Employees keep grabbing trays and not cleaning .

Great location! Friendly service. Delicious food! It was a little expensive, but worth it!
We ate inside midday. It was busy but not overly crowded. We found a table no problem. Our food came up pretty quick which was nice.
We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was about $50 plus another $40 for ice cream treats at the end. Again, totally worth it. Their burgers are delicious and there’s something for everyone on the menu.
If we’re ever in Flagstaff again we’ll definitely visit.
Parking is easy and the restrooms were clean. Bonus!!

I have never been here before and I’m so happy I found it! I am from the Midwest and it kind of reminds me of Culver’s. Excellent burgers, fries, and onion rings and excellent frozen custards of course! Overall reasonably priced for the value. Clean store, prompt service, hot food, and great location. I can’t wait to go back again!

We always enjoyed Freddie’s and would drive from Camp Verde to get a good custard. We then moved to the White Mountains and have not visited a Freddie’s until today while in Flagstaff. We first ordered the Hawaiian with chocolate custard. The girl asked another employee what we ordered, she was told you no longer carry that. We ordered the Turtle concrete with chocolate custard. We also ordered a chocolate waffle cone and were told you don’t have waffle cones. So we ordered the peanutbutter concrete. When we got to the window there was no one there. Finally a girl showed up with our two concretes. I asked her if the turtle was made with chocolate custard, she asked if we ordered it that way, I told her yes. She took our card for payment and told us to keep the first one and she would correct the order. Then the young girl with glasses came to the window and asked what we ordered. I told her we ordered it with chocolate. She said we did not. She went and got the corrected order and I told her I did not lie to her, we had wanted chocolate custard. She said there were 2 other people who said I did not order chocolate I asked her why she didn’t question our order when the first two items we wanted were both for chocolate. She gave us the concrete and we left.
We are both well in our 60’s and both professional people. I am a professor for a University holding my doctorate’s degree. We have no reason to lie to your employees and no reason to try to get free food from them. This is just very unprofessional customer service. We will probably not be back after this experience.

Nice little burger joint that reminds me of a Culver’s-esque type place. Great shoe string French fries and the steakburgers were pretty well put together. Cheesecurds were okay and I did enjoy the “fry sauce” which is just mayo and ketchup mixed together.

Freddy’s is amazing. I wait for Veteran’s Day all year because Freddy’s gives Veteran’s any meal of their choice for free!! At this particular location, the staff are extremely friendly, fast, and genuinely considerate. I’ll definitely be back and will tell everyone I know to support them. The store is always clean and their sweet tea stocked. Wtg to the Freddy’s team. Thank you for supporting Vets!

Ordering and asking questions about the product and prices felt like I was taking their time up, just really felt rushed.
Value for the money just isn’t there.
The large fries and large curds are pathetic in portions. The sandwich is good.
The biggest shocker was telling them our shake didn’t have the requested toppings of whip cream and cherries. And the drive thru requests the shake back, takes it back into the restaurant which is a health code violation.

Freddy’s has never disappointed me. Good quality food and desserts. We need one in Kingman. We go to the one in Flagstaff and in Barstow. They are both very good!

Not terrible, but not impressive. If you don’t like smashburgers and prefer something with more juice, this is not the place for you. Their concretes and custards are really good, and the rest is definitely on the average side. One of the cashiers was saltier than the fries we had, which says a lot.
