I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. The service was severely lacking, with the staff showing no helpfulness and zero customer service. The employee handling the drive-thru at night had a terrible attitude and seemed irritated by my presence, making it feel like I was bothering him just by ordering. Additionally, one of the employees was completely incompetent when it came to explaining the rewards program, and the shift leader could definitely use more training on how to effectively lead the team.
Overall, a very frustrating visit with no real customer care. I hope they take this feedback seriously.

Employees keep sending people to place there orders on there own without them knowing. All they do and stand and chat about getting drunk. I myself had to stand up twice and help the people. Not everyone knows. They should let customers know if they need help to let them k ow so they can assist them. I dont even work here and im doing there work. Need better customer service.
