We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. I went here solo on a business trip. They seated me and I put in my order. The food was good but I thought the portion size was small especially the eggs. I left a notepad on the table as I went to the restroom after I ordered my food. I found it odd that a server was looking at and reading my notepad.

My experience was truly amazing, thanks to my server Michaella. She was so gentle and patient with my indecisiveness. Her smile was so genuine and spoke with such kindness. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good also :-). Everything was just perfect today.

We had an amazing breakfast at First Watch while visiting Nashville with our family, and it was the perfect start to our day. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, relaxed, and family-friendly.
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everyone at the table found something they loved, from classic breakfast favorites to lighter, healthier options. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything came out hot and perfectly prepared.
The service was just as impressive. Friendly, attentive, and patient, especially with a family group, which made the experience even better. We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed our time together.

Honestly I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but this place is too awesome. Establishment is clean which is HUGE for me. The presentation of food was spot on. Service was friendly and time it took food to come out wasn’t bad at all. We ordered the holey donut as appetizer- it did come out with the food but I wasn’t upset about that.
My husband got hacienda hash which he loved. I ordered farmstand breakfast tacos…. Talk about hitting the spot- it was so good and reminded me of home (California tacos)!!! We shared the Floridian French toast with the baby and that was pretty amazing as well. ALL the fruit was fresh and crisp not like other places with slimy defeated tasting fruit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

We were in Nashville visiting. As soon as we saw First Watch we knew that we need to stop. Staff, Food and atmosphere didn’t disappoint at all. Hope to come back and see them again

We went to First Watch yesterday at this location and had a great experience! I ordered a kale tonic, avocado toast, and bacon. Everything tasted great and super fresh! Megan was our server, and she was very sweet and attentive! Highly recommend First Watch!

It’s the Saturday before Easter so I understand the wait but because you check in and pay in the same area it caused some chaos and confusion. The food came out quickly and most of it was right but the cups were dirty and so was the silverware. The basic hot coffee was $3+ per person and they brought it out in carafe so there was no communication that they charge by cup. $12 for basic coffee was a bit steep. The food looked good but it wasn’t what I was expecting for the price. It was okay but I won’t seek this place out again.

I have never stopped in here before. Charming place, had the cinnamon chip pancakes for breakfast. If you like cinnamon, you will love these. Served with warm syrup, which was a nice touch. I will definitely be back here again.
