If you’re just going to clean the store from 9-10pm instead of taking orders, just close at 9, why bother staying open until 10?
We entered the store at 9:13pm and stood at the register for several minutes while multiple employees cleaned the store, one sweeping right beside us and the other cleaning the fry station, a third guy was just walking around in the back doing nothing. They all looked us at multiple times but made no attempts to stop cleaning and take our order. If you’re not going to sell food for the last hour, just close at 9.
We promptly left and drove to the location on Holcombe Bridge, where they took our order as soon as we walked in the store. At 9:30pm, they were ready to take orders and cook food, they weren’t busy cleaning.

I haven’t had Five Guys in a few years. My daughter suggested it so I agreed. I ordered a Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce , tomato & grilled onions and a little fry. As is the norm with Five Guys, the fries were hot & fresh & the burger was hot & juicy. This was my 1st time eating Five Guys in Georgia & it tastes exactly like the one in Michigan.

The kids and I really enjoy Five Guys. Everything is more expensive these days but at least the quality of the food is consistent at this location. And honestly, I prefer Five Guys over Shake Shack as they are priced similarly – at least they overflow the fries here and who doesn’t love the peanuts!

Nothing worse than burnt bacon on a burger!!! 11/18. Restaurant looked great but burger was not like previous visits. If the bacon is burnt please don’t put it on the burger.
