Came for a quick dinner on a road trip, and we were satisfied well enough. Bathrooms and dining area were clean, and staff were friendly & helpful.
Ordered a Greek-style gyro meal with macaroni & cheese as the side, a Greek-style gyro, and jalapeno poppers. All were great, and Arby’s gyros remain a quietly very good gyro option in the absence of other Greek places!

I walked in mildly hungry and walked out questioning why I ever settle for regular sandwiches. The roast beef was stacked like it was building generational wealth. The curly fries? Perfectly seasoned spirals of joy. Whoever designed those deserves a medal and a raise.
And let’s talk about the sauces. Arby’s sauce and Horsey Sauce together? That’s a power couple. Iconic. Untouchable.

Haven eaten at the Arby’s 7122 Strawberry Plains Pike off of exit 398 Knoxville TN before, we stopped there again today. We ordered a Classic, and a Beef & Cheddar Classic and fries. We were unable to eat the roast beef sandwiches. They both smelled bad, tasted bad, and the color of the beef was pale. Toward the center of my sandwich, there was a yellowish-green tint to the beef. We’ve had many Arby’s sandwiches and this was the 1st time we just couldn’t eat the food. We weren’t given a receipt, so I don’t have a transaction number. Sorely disappointed with Arby’s today.

I drove from WI and myself and daughter decided to try the Italian sandwich. It was 11 September at 10:00 pm. I’ll start with the sandwiches. So disappointing, Italian salami was only on one half of one sandwich, and pepperchoni was only on one half of the other sandwich. Overall, very poor excuse of a sandwich, the way they appeared, tasted, and price. But the staff working was the absolute worst!!! There was five “juveniles” working behind the counter, and three non-working employee kids sitting in dining area. All of them, besides individual making sandwiches were having inappropriate conversations as if we were not standing there. They even talked about the sandwich maker having a “gross” cut on his finger! I did not hear this, but daughter did and looked and seen he had gloves on. She didn’t mention this to me until we had left. I guarantee everyone if I had heard that, those sandwiches would not have left the establishment!! There absolutely needs to be some adult supervision there. This was just an example of kids having playtime while getting paid and learning nothing about responsibility. Get an adult supervisor in there!!! Very embarrassing for Arby’s!!!

Horrible customer service. Staff talks down to their staff in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Got my order wrong, after they fixed it. I Threw it away. My sandwich was skipmped badly Hardly any meat on it. I feel like I wasted my money. I will never eat here again.
