I was looking forward to the food here but there were so many things that went wrong with our experience. I called to talk to a manager today but I was told they were in a 2 hour meeting and to call back later and also it was busy there. So I am going with this route instead. The server was very nice but she had a large party to handle by herself so there were times she was not available for several minutes. My prime rib special came with soup but I found out they had to make more which didn’t come out until the dessert came out. My medium prime rib was very well done but the waitress did take 25% off my meal which was very much appreciated. We didn’t ask for any compensation even when she asked what she could do to make it up to us. My wife’s sampler had boneless wings that we brought home. I heated them up today in the air fryer and when I bit into it, the texture was off. I looked and the center was completely raw. The rest of the wings were the same way, see pictures. $100 meal and im hoping I don’t end up with salmonella poisoning.

Usually when i come to the front entrance of BJ’s I am greeted by Ms. Sunflower. I originally went in for a salad and saw they had burger specials. When i inquired to my server Deja she recommended the smoked brisket burger and she nailed it with that suggestion. She knew what she was talking about. I opted for the house salad and ended up with fries too That was one of the best tasting, juiciest burgers. Their special bjs sauce was delicious. It comes with mayonnaise but opted with out. I cut my burger in quarters and brought the leftovers home. I went out of town the next evening and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it! We are looking forward to returning to order our own! They have a huge menu and great specials $13 specials and the pizooki choices are so enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience at BJ’s Brewhouse thanks to our waitress. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and on top of everything the entire time. She checked in often without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and genuinely made the meal more enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Outstanding service from start to finish. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time—she deserves recognition!

Not great, the tri tip was the gnarliest pice of meat I have had in a long time. I have had tri-tip done right in the past, it was delicious, but not here. I told the waiter the meat was tough and he ignored me, and again when he asked if I wanted a box, I shared that I did not want to take the gnarly piece of meat home. He offered no solutions, no condolences, no even a acknowledgement he heard me. He was was barely at our table except to talk our order and check in once. It was a nice restaurant, our first time there, but a little service would have gone a long way towards wanting to go back. Oh well, lots more restaurants to try!

Everything we ordered was flavorful and served fresh. The in-house craft beer selection is impressive, and the Pizookie dessert is a must-try! The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. Great spot for casual dining with friends or family.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch, sat at the bar and had a great time. Kayla was taking care of us and doing an AWESOME job! She was super busy but made sure we had everything we needed and checked back frequently. Will definitely be back also food was delicious!!

Honestly I am a little disappointed by my visit. The reason we went to this restaurant was for the weekend special. But were informed, while trying to order it for dinner on Friday, that it was sold out already. Not sure if they meant for the full weekend or just for Friday dinner. That it sold out in two hours. I was honestly wanting to just leave and eat elsewhere at that point. The service was great and the food they did have available was ok. But when your whole reason to come to a location in not available, it leaves the customer disappointed and feeling cheated. My recommendation for anyone looking to eat at this restaurant may be to eat dinner at 4-5 pm to avoid this issue. If you are after 6 pm as per the waiter there is a good chance something will just be sold out. If it is after 5 pm drawing close to 6 and the draw for you is something specific on the menu, then I recommend to just eat somewhere else and try another day when you can make it earlier. I don’t typically eat dinner that early sooooo I doubt I will custom this restaurant often at all. I would treat any popular menu item as a limited early bird special that may no longer becomes available at regular dinner hours.

This was my first visit yo BJ’s. Nice greeting when we arrived. Lots of seating areas. Service was pretty slow it was Mother’s Day which was understandable. Our waitress was not nice at all. I would say “Thank you” when she would give me an item (my drink and napkins) she would never respond with a word. Not polite at all. Everything took a long time to receive from her but she was very attentive to her other tables. My drink was not made as pictured so I had requested another this took 20 minutes. Both me and my husband’s meals were cold. I mean cold. When we mentioned this to her she snatched his plate so fast she did not even ask me about my meal. We called a manager over to share how rude she was the whole time. Even when the manager was at the table she placed my husband new meal down and walked away. The manger had to wave her back.The whole time we was eating she never came to ask how our meal was or was things better asked. We were there 2 hours ( this was crazy) Yes the manger took off my meal. I rather would have good service a pleasant waitress then a free meal. Honestly the first meal looked better it was just cold .For a first time experience that was awful.

In Rochester ny, googled “lunch nearby” no question, BJs wins. So arrive at BJs. Wedge salad and suggested wings. 10 of them, came with a great ranch and celery. $23 bucks total. How was it? 110% I thought it was a local owned joint run by folks that have everything invested. I asked, its not. Its a chain. Kudos to whoever is at the helm of this chain. Good choice on my part to visit, do yourself a favor and stop in yourself.

The food and service were outstanding. The atmosphere and decor were not too original, but it was okay.
I tried the Kickin’ chicken sandwich & it was excellent! Sizable chicken piece with great-tasting breading. Topped with cool slaw and tangy honey mustard.
I opted for the upgrade (little pricey, but worth it) for sweet potato fries with honey & honey mustard sauces to dip into.
The cole slaw came as a side and was very good as well.
