I absolutely love Mexican food and this restaurant did not disappoint. Friendly service right away and waiter was very attentive and polite. The chips and salsa were flavorful and delicious. The main meal was very tasty and I got to try my girlfriend’s dish as well. I was not disappointed in either one! The decor and vibes were comfortable and not completely out of the ordinary or out of place. Ah, the Margarita I had was also made to perfection! I strongly suggest eating here either for a date night or a group or family night!

Had lunch on the patio today. We really enjoyed the food. Chips and salsa to start. Very good. I had the #1 Lunch – Chili relleno, beef taco, refried beans and guacamole salad. My wife had the Speedy Gonzales – beef taco, enchilada, rice and salad. Fast, polite service.

It’s good food, good prices, and a good atmosphere. I got the chimichangas and they were really good! I was just passing through, but it was a great spot for lunch and staff was very friendly!

What this restaurant does well is large portion sizes, good service and provide a very unique eclectically designed interior. However, the food itself comes up short for me. The flavour does not punch through and the dishes come across bland. Overall, I was disappointed in the quality of the food that I received.

Our first visit.
Stopped on our way home from our safari at the Wilds. What a great Mexican restaurant!
We dined on the patio, lots of distance from other tables. We split everything starting the chips and salsa, which was thicker than some we’ve had so it clung to the chip. Our order included queso fundido which is queso with sausage mixed in as a second dip for our chips. So much we took half home. Also ordered a side of guacamole which was so fresh and tasty, went well with the chips.
Our main course was fajitas pollo, chicken. This was a single serving and it was more than enough to take some home. Generous portion of chicken and veggies along with a plate of refried beans, lettuce, cheese, more guacamole, sour cream, and fluffy tortillas.
Everything was as delicious. We wish we lived closer.

Our server, Lupita #1, was attentive and helpful.
