Waited 20 minutes for 2 frappes, which we ordered online 20 minutes before getting there. Said there was confusion and proceeded to take even longer. It was simple orders and not very busy. Absolutely ridiculous for 2 simple drinks.

Went tonight through drive thru, ordered my food paid a when I went to the second window. They were giving me the wrong food. She didn’t hand to me but said what it was an I disagreed gave her my receipt. And she came back an said pull forward they making it now. 30 min later no food. I went inside. An took eternity to get someone’s attention. Got my cash back. Change was wrong 10 min later after standing there. I got my correct cash back.

Issue 1 here is :
Horrible customer service, if you make eye contact with someone you go to the person ask what they need, if you can’t send someone that will help. To resolve the issue.

Issue 2 here is :
If your tired go home don’t be at work with an attitude.

Issue 3 here is:
If you make a mistake in drive thru don’t tell the person to pull forward and ferget just make they damn food so none of this issue happens.

Employees need to be retrained on there customer service better.

Communication and customer service is the #1 key in the food industry.

You are a billion dollar company take time to retrain your employees for better.

I ordered a hot pumpkin latte. Got to the window.
Waited a few quite a few minutes got a cold pumpkin latte told him I ordered hot. I heard the girl back there. Say whatever.
I could see they were running out of pumpkin syrup.
It was nasty flavoring. I couldn’t even drink it. I appreciate mistakes are made, but the customer don’t want to hear you complain

I Rarely give 5 stars, but the food was good, i asked for no salt on the fries, thst were cold, but thats my only complaint, the syaff waa wonderful, Jamie did a wonerful job of making us feel important and welcome, we will be back again, Kudos to Jamie for his great customer service

The night manager was so rude. My McDonald’s app was not giving the correct code to order food she told me to wait there for 15 minutes for another code to order again. Instead of providing me with good customer service and giving points and a discount she decided to curse at me and tell me oh well. Very argumentative even cursed at me, very poor customer service here. Never going here again. She would not provide her name. One of her employees did provide her name and I will be reporting it to corporate.

Why do I keep going here ‍ …..orders placed in drive through are almost always wrong or missing items. Dipping sauces must be under lock and key also because they dont make it in the bag. Why….You are a 200 billion dollar company…just put the food on the lable in the bag!

Mcdonald’s is one of my favorite spots.
Not anymore sadly when I waist 30 minutes waiting for my orders, service has been very slow and many times items are forgotten.

Over eleven dollars for two milkshakes and I would be fine with that if they had been good. I didn’t know you could ruin a shake until today. First time I’ve every thrown ice cream away. Actually I’m not sure if there was any ice cream in it.

This is BY FAR one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to. We waited a half hour for our order (and it wasn’t much). WE had to keep checking on it, and when they found our tray it wasn’t even under the warmer. The order had been off the screen for quite awhile as well. Our fries were ice cold, the frozen coke was melted as well as the sundae. We had no straws or spoons for ice cream There were at least 15 people in the back standing around doing nothing (not even acknowledging the customers at the counter) the place had NO MORE THAN 10 customers inside. I understand there are now door dashers and order on the app customers as well but there was absolutely no excuse for this! And the girl (manager on duty) with the Hamburger University jacket on did nothing about it when u brought it to her attention, except bring me the straws and spoon the tray was missing

Ya’ll need to get it together! Ronald would be rolling in his grave!!!
