The drive through allowed 4 people to walk into it, instead of requesting them to politely go inside, the store allowed it. Because of this, the drive through got severely backed up. I waited at the order microphone for at least 5 minutes, then politely said “hello?”. I waited another 20 seconds and received no response back. After that I left because clearly my business is not valued. A simple “I apologize for the wait, we will be with you in a moment” would have sufficed. It’s a shame because typically this location has pretty good food, but I will not be coming back.

Service here is barely average. Food was good. No chili. Which was disappointing. Not sure I’ll go back. Wendys food is typically good, but service at most fast food places is really getting poor.

New stores being built (West St. Paul)…and they are not leaving the budget-concious among us behind.
For breakfast, you can score a sausage biscuit and potato wedges for $3! (As of this review)
And every time for me has been fresh and tasty.
The Dave’s soda is the best in the game. If you don’t have a Frosty tag on your keychain, what are you doing with your life?

Food is always decent here every time I’ve stopped. Last visit was extra special.
The staff and their choices make me continue to laugh though. We roll up at 9pm, mobile order placed. They inform us “driver thru is closed” . Gets me every time. I am welcomed inside their building with the sight of everyone putting their aprons back on, trash bins all pulled out, mop bucket being pulled away from the bathrooms, fresh gloves being put on to accept/start my mobile order… Almost like the lobby should have been closed and not the drive thru.
I question if they caught on to this concept, cause when I finally was walking out with my order, they were accepting an order from the drive thru squak box. So that was humorous.
Also, Not for nothing, but because I was asked to come in I then got to witness the beef patty being pulled from the warming drawer, witness the fries were not fresh (confirmed soggy fries upon eating), and see that bottom of the barrel pour of a nearly empty pitcher of lemonade.
I appreciate the tidiness of the lobby was being kept up, but don’t force me to come in to WITNESS how not-so fresh any part of my food, aside from chicken nuggets (a few were under cooked ) and a frosty.

Stopped as we were traveling past Owattana. Went inside and ordered lunch. Wife ordered a hamburger and it came out cold and with too much mayo on it. Fries were semi warm, but the worst thing of all was watching the woman doing French fries rub her nose multiple times and never wash!! She did have her gloves on…but never changed them after wiping her nose. Filthy location. Pass by….

I visit this Wendy’s at least 3 times a week for a pick me up heading to the cities. I ordered a Dave’s Single and Baconator Fries this time. I normally only order Baconator Fries and a Medium Peach or Tropical Berry Lemonade. (Tip: medium and large same exact size!)
I got double the patties! Didn’t even ask. Bonus! The burger tasted fresh and I enjoyed it.
I prefer the baconator fries over regular fries if I’m not getting a burger with it. I love the cheesiness and all the bacon.
Literally obsessed with Wendy’s Lemonades! They’re all delicious and full of flavor!
