I work on he road and have stopped at this location multiple times. It continues to be one of the dirtiest wawas I’ve ever been to. The sinks and urinals have a layer of yellow grime in them that never changes from one time to the next. I never order food here because I use the bathroom as a gauge for the cleanliness of the food service area. Also, I know this isn’t necessarily the fault of the owners, and they do have a police tower in the parking lot because of the obvious issues, but the parking lot at this place is a zoo. Feels like you’re going to be robbed at any minute.

Im a guy who prefers fountain over bottled/canned soda. It’s the reason for 90% of my gas station visits. I just moved down from Michigan, so it’s strange to me that only one non-Wawa gas station I’ve been to in Florida had fountain drinks(and the cup was too big for cup holders). Does anyone know why? I’m pretty sure it’s one of the more profitable items they could sell.

I give this WaWa a lot of business. At 5:20 this morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The lady making it was having a conversation to the security guy. I was supposed to get bacon on the sandwich but did not because she was not paying attention to her job and he certainly was not doing his. I’m not a happy camper but love WAWA. Thank you.

Staff is awful. Terribly incompetent. If you ask for help they treat you like you’re an inconvenience. They’re at work but they act like they are in their living room. Wait upwards of 20 minutes for your food that’s supposed to be “fast food”. Joke of an establishment and tarnishes Wawas reputation.

Pretty sad Wawa location. Usually gave them the benefit of the doubt since it’s in the slums, so they can’t really attract valuable employees. But yesterday was the tipping point. On a stop during break for work, me and my crew stopped by like we usually do daily. Lines here are already pretty bad, so I stood in it patiently. Once I got to the register, there was another employee dusting something near the cashier, and she decides it’s necessary to close down her register and try to make me get back in line. Then scanned my rewards and took those from my account without me ever getting anything. Lol stop hiring people out of the gutter.

Prepare to be ignored if you’re trying to pay with cash. Unfortunately, the self-checkout doesn’t accept cash payments, so I went to the cashier to buy a bottle of water. I stood there for several minutes while the cashier deliberately avoided acknowledging me. After waiting a bit longer, I gave up and left without making my purchase. Very disappointing experience — if you don’t want to assist customers, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I love this Wawa location great staff they are always friendly makes great food my only and major complaint is that every time I come the restroom is ALWAYS & I Mean Always Filthy it’s never clean and that’s a major problem customers love to use the restroom get food buy gas but if the restroom is filthy it makes you don’t want to even purchase a item every 30 mins to a hour it should be a bathroom check and every employee should be in charge of doing that the restroom don’t have soap tissue is everywhere tampon lathered around and yes it is the nasty customers that leave it like that fault but when we come in we don’t see that we see “dang Wawa haven’t even cleaned this bathroom “

Yeah so I usually go here because the coffees are amazing when they make it right or have it in stock. How do they have coffee but not lattes ? Machine down or whatever it’s just weird and more often then not, but lately every time I get food there is a problem. This is what I usually get and they always forget somthing , they didn’t give me spinach and literally what is the portion for the price ? U charged me 2$ extra for veggies and this is what I’m given for 2$ up charge ?! Nah, and shorted me on the eggs when that’s the main thing I ordered . I’m honestly over it I don’t come here to spend my money to be jipped, so yeah done getting food here and might look for a new place to get my coffee the gas prices lit tho // UPDATE as soon as I took a bite it was all cold even the eggs my parmigiana borderline crystallized on this egg bowl, ridiculous and even better there’s NO BACON . Hilarious !
