This place was located in a section of town we just happened to be visiting. Downtown New Port Richey is a cute quaint town. Main street actually still has business and is quite busy. We saw this restaurant and thought – let’s support local people. Food was okay but nothing to rave about. The service was good. Place wasn’t very busy and we got right in. The atmosphere was okay – except for the screaming kid and the hard of hearing old guy yelling his business to the person across from him. Glad we tried it – won’t go back. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless everything else is closed. Server was polite and even gave us to go drinks. PRICEY for the quality of the food.

Restaurant was cute. Used to come here a lot with my husband. Stopped in today because we were in the area. Madi was our server. She got my husbands order completely wrong, but after it took 40 minutes to get food already on a non busy day. We were going to let it slide because he at least liked what he was served. However we were done with our meal, food and drinks, and never saw our server come near our table after dropping food off. No refills. No checking in. Another waitress had to come over and collect our plates after we sat there for about 25 minutes with them stacked, and then came back again and asked if we wanted her to let our server know we were done. Madi was at the front chatting with another employee the entire time, and only when told we were done did she come back over. We’re not usually ones to complain, hence just letting the wrong meal slide, but the service was absolutely awful and we definitely wont be back afterwards.

We hosted a Mother’s Day brunch here and had the best time. The staff was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. The chefs were on top of every request. The food was SO GOOD. Meat lovers omelet was the best I’ve had in a long time. Oh and the mimosas were great too!

We had a large group come as a walk in, and they accommodated us quickly and happily. The ladies who served our group were so kind and brought the food out as soon as it was ready. The food was outstanding, and at such a great price (kids meals under $8 and adult meals were around $10-15). Between all of us we ordered a variety of dishes and everyone was happy with their food, a huge feat considering how many of us ate. Five stars!

We stopped here for breakfast at 11 AM on Sunday. We did have rapid service taking our order and getting drinks. The waitress was fun to talk with then the food came. I ordered a meat lovers omelette with french fries and corn, beef, hash, and a cup of coffee. The bill for this was $21. I couldn’t eat the corned beef hash because it had onions in it, and it was not cooked as asked to be crispy. The meat lovers omelette was nothing special whatsoever probably the lowest level one I’ve ever eaten was small with hardly any meat very tiny tiny pieces the french fries were also undercooked. I would not suggest that you go here and have breakfast, considering the small portions, high prices and a general incompetence in the kitchen. I would discourage it.

Overall 5 stars. Amazing service. Food was great except the biscuits and gravy. The gravy had a sweet note that I don’t like in biscuits and gravy. Even though I was drinking sweet tea, my son tried a bite and he was drinking water and eating nothing sweet. He agreed that it was sweet. I enjoyed the food here and would come back again.

Not the best day at Christina’s. Our order came 35 minutes after we arrived even though people who came after us received their burgers! The waitress attitude was rude and missed half the order. What came was good but the missing part of the order had to be taken home. A second waitress apologized for the first one. The first one only came to deliver the check with the take out food. Never came back! A shame because it was our granddaughter’s birthday and we were mistreated rudely.

I’m generally and genuinely not a less than 5 star reviewer unless food temp is subpar which was the case here. Let’s just say there wasn’t one food item on either plate that was hot. Everything was lukewarm at best. The grits tasted instant, not fully cooked, the bacon flavorless and cold, the eggs cold, the pancakes cold and flavorless, the corned beef hash….well not great either.
My overall opinion is maybe it was an off day? Not sure if we’ll be back but I will say the restaurant was very clean and tidy, and the server was friendly. The cost overall was very affordable.
