First off the lady in the window was rude as hell no hello how are you? Nothing that’s not how you do customer service. Secondly, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Everyone knows the ingredients that come in that salad. Why did I only get chicken and lettuce? I’m confused. Where is everything else that go in it I also asked for extra dressing at the speaker. Guess what I didn’t get and then had to repeat myself to the rude lady in the window to get the dressing.

Walk in at 9 am told have to do drive thru. Will be making a complaint with corporate. Take your signs down if you are not having an open line in. Older lady was rude when I said the sign says your open. Never come here.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Wendy’s. My burger, fries, and nuggets were all served cold, and my drink came with no ice even though I didn’t request that. It felt like no care was taken in preparing the order. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve fresh, properly prepared meals. Worse Wendy’s ever!! I contacted corporate. This place needs to be shut down. I am concerned about food safety and proper handling, as the food was served at a temperature that could pose a risk.

There’s always something wrong with the order at the store. And this time it was everything no bacon on my Baconator meet with dried what can I have been sitting there forever and got overcooked. Sandwich was smashed I couldn’t even eat the burger it didn’t look right. Fries were cold they just don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care enough to do their job. This is way subpar for Wendy’s I can’t even blame the employees that’s just bad management the manager must not even care. Really I can’t even blame them. upper management is hiring the wrong help. This must be a franchise and not corporate. Definitely not eating at this store ever again. It’s getting worse and worse at this location

Ordered a Dave’s single w/cheese, pickle, onion and mayo .. received one with the kitchen sink on it plus a order of french fries! I don’t like ketchup…a lot of scraping to get off!

Man this place needs shut down or stop offering delivery cause I never get the correct food and the food be nasty cold and taste old no matter what time of the day it is I’m disappointed I never received a refund from past order that was missing items I had to go into the store one time cause I spent to much money to just let it go this store should really stop doing delivery’s they really don’t care about the delivery customers

The service was sub-par. The young lady that took our order was out of uniform and seemed like she did not know what she was doing. She had to be told a couple of times what came in a meal. When we got to our destination some of our food was cold. The frosty we ordered in the specialty meal was partially melted. The chicken nuggets felt like we were biting into rubber. The fries were hardly warm along with the spicy chicken nuggets. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location and I do not suggest it to anyone else.
