When they first came out with the mini tacos, we were asked what dressing would we like. Now all of a sudden it’s different and they charge you. I enjoyed the avocado ranch and that’s why I like the mini tacos but $1.60 per little cup is wild. Make up y’all’s mind and stop over charging for stuff that should come with it. First it wasn’t that bad. they don’t clean. They were super rude and we sat there for over 30 minutes for 2 items. They were not busy at all. A dude who was waiting before us was there for almost an hour without getting his food. OVER 40 CARS went through the drive while we all sat in the lobby waiting for our food. And the lovely female dog in pink hair was rude for no reason. The guy that has there for so long said something and wasn’t rude at all and the pink hair girl had a whole attitude blaming it on scheduling and how there’s nothing she can do about it. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell ever!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!

If we are traveling on I-80 and need to take a break, this is one of our favorite stops because we can always count on our order being made correctly and customer service is always positive. On the latest stop, I was surprised by the upgrade to the interior. It was odd to order our own meal, but if it helps the workers with the flow, I will give it a go. While we waited for our order, we noticed how clean the inside was.

We have alot of taco bells everything is usually good. We go to the one drive -thru usually twice a week on Cassopolis st. In Elkhart Indiana and there is a older lady there most times that ia great but I believe she has trained a couple in there because when we go and she isn’t there we still have a couple that know us and we always get excellent credit.

When I say Im never going back to this Taco Bell ….service was SLOW after waiting forever they handed me someone else’s order mind you Im a vegetarian and ordered a veggie bowl which I customize no black beans sub refried beans no lettuce cabbage or pico well it had ALL that it went in the trash …..

Service was adequate I never complained, so my only metric is they served my food in a reasonable time. I don’t really ever want to go to fast food, and my experience today is exactly why. I never expect to be happy, but this was impressively bad. Out of 7 soft taco supremes, the average amount of meat per taco was about 1 tablespoon.

wanted to get taco bell for myself for new years cuz who ever has taco bell sober? anyway, i got in the drive thru and pulled to the speaker, the lady on the headset didnt sound very happy but did communicate. i pull to the window and it was the same lady, still communicated but still didnt sound to happy. i understand that, i also work in customer service. however some of the stuff on my order was,, not as i had ordered but i received most of the items anyway. cheese cups for the nachos and nacho fries and the fries themselves were half full or less. i had ordered a large nacho fry and received a small, ordered the new chicken nuggets and i guess they count the really small ones as a nugget? not too upset about that considering i still got all 5 pieces. i also did not receive the two Jalapeno honey mustard sauce but whatever, not the end of the world. everything else was fine but i just wanted to share my experience.
3 stars for food, got mostly what i asked for so i cant complain too much
3 stars for service, while im the same way at my job i do at least *try* to put on a happy face, did not receive that here, but i understand, rainy day brings drowsy vibes.
and lastly 5 stars for atmosphere, it definitely gives taco bell vibes ♀️

This particular Taco Bell is SKIMPY on their meat or expensive ingredients. I live close to this one, it’s the only one I can deliver from. I go to other Taco Bells when I have the chance and they even add more meat. I tried stirring this taco up to make the meat last longer and I realized it is by far the worst one I’ve got from here. Just sucks this is the only Taco Bell I have access to, when I’ve Taco Bell has been my favorite.

8 months pregnant and didn’t feel like cooking. Had an online order, when we got there we were told there’d be a 5 minute wait for an item and were asked to come inside. 25 minutes later, we got our food all thrown into one bag and had 2 items missing when we got home. Our drinks had also sat there the entire time behind the pickup and were watered down, so we had to refill them before we left. Staff was ok, but overall a very irritating experience.

Today we placed an order for pick up. We were impressed and grateful that the young lady behind the register repeated our order back to us and even checked if we wanted sweet or unsweet iced tea. They were speedy, accurate, and had good customer service food tasted hot and fresh and was presented to us with care!
