Good hamburger, clean place.. but they had 4 cooks and 4 customers in the place yet it still took them over 20 minutes to get me one hamburger. These guys have gone down hill, something felt off after I ate the hamburger also. Not going back.

Saw some videos promoting Five Guys & was super excited to try it. Immediately off the bat we walked in and were talked to pretty harsh. They all seemed and made it known they were angry. We walked away and someone said “They must be having a bad night.” No biggie. We weren’t given a receipt or a number. They yelled our order. It was only us and one other table. Both of us looked at each other not knowing our number. As we weren’t given a receipt or a number. They screamed so aggressively again. Everyone was uncomfortable. Onto the food. The bun on the burger was so dry it was falling apart. Flaking. Extremely, extremely dry. In our bag was the side of fries we ordered but not in a side container. Just poured all over our food. It was honestly such a horrible uncomfortable experience. I am extremely regretful on giving this business my $47. If you need a good burger place. I recommend going anywhere else.

Very friendly folks in here. Food served was fresh and hot! While waiting, i had the opportunity to fill my drink with the coke machine and get exactly what I wanted. While waiting for my fresh hot food, I needed to use the restroom and can I just say, (I can and will), this was the absolute CLEANEST restroom I have ever been in for a restaurant. It even smelled clean! After what I can only imagine was a killer busy Monday lunch crowd. I mean I was there at 4:15pm but the store itself was clean and neat and did I mention, the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever been in? LOL. If you notice in my photo attached, you will see store staff cleaning at the main entrance! For the staff to take that kind of pride in where they work is refreshing! Thank You Five Guys!

The burger is good, but it’s not on the same level as, say, Zombie Burger, Honest Abe’s, or Burger Shed. It’s about as good as B-Bops at a little higher quality, which begs the question- is it worth $20 for a combo that you can get next door for $11, or a sit-down place for the same price? The portions are generous; I was quite full after eating, but I’m still not able to justify the cost, especially knowing they don’t pay staff any more than at the other fast food places.

I usually love this location but the workers tonight were some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Tables were all dirty, and one of the employee’s kids were screaming at a table in the corner and she had to scold them while making burgers.
I don’t plan on returning especially after paying almost $40 for two people.

VERY HIGH PRICE!! Fries were soggy. Dine in but everything went in bag fries on top of burgers. Should be on a tray alot easier!! Wasn’t my choice with a group reg fri $10.31

Was really disappointed with our visit to Five Guys quality of food. Gourmet prices fast food quality. The meat really have no flavor, fries were over flavored but well under cooked. Love all of the extras you can put on the burgers, but again lacking taste for the price. We won’t be going back it’s a one and done for us.

Went in to try it out. Waited at cash register for 5 minutes. People were cooking. 2 cleaning tables, no acknowledgment or we’ll be with you in a moment. Ended up just leaving. Saved me $35. We’ll try another burger place.

We typically go here every 3 months or so. Usually a good experience. Went last night and the place seemed to be falling apart.
While we were there, I believe they filled 6 orders. Each and every one of them was wrong in some way – one order was totally lost, one they forgot the shake on, …, and my burger had the wrong toppings. Also, the fries (which is really the reason anyone goes, right?) were soggy.
We’ll go again, but if we ever have another experience like this, we’re done at this location forever. BTW, I gave 2 stars because of past good results. If I had done it for yesterday only, I would have liked to give 0 stars…
