Wow this place is a gem! So authentic so fresh! We were very impressed. We tried the lentil soup, kibbe, Lebanese style beef quesadilla, cheese manoushe, falafel, and chicken and beef shawarma and shish tawook plate (forgot to take a pic of the meat plates we were so excited to eat!). Got the Jelab drink too that was really refreshing! Everything tasted so good and I love the decor! We will definitely be coming back.

Love this place! The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and prices are good.
We went for dinner 30 minutes before they closed, however they let us eat inside without rushing.

They consider them self as Lebanese cuisine it’s far away from Lebanese and Mediterranean
We orders fateh plate no salt no garlic and instead of yoghurt he put pure tahini also the meat flat bread the meat taste good but barely they put meat like we didn’t pay for it
The hummus with beef on top was so greasy also the hummus was not fresh even if you use caned add lemon garlic and tahini it will have a taste
The zaatar and cheese flat bread is good
I hope the owner take some action cuz the atmosphere and service was good but food they need to work on it

I would’ve give it a 5 start review because I mostly love the food here. My only complaint is that they never cook my beef all the way. Every time I’ve ordered the beef tenderloin kabob they give me the option to choose how I’d like it cooked, I always choose well done, but the always serve it more undercooked than it should be. Besides that, it’s a nice place overall.

This was our first visit to this Middle Eastern restaurant which we discovered on Google Maps. The ratings were good, prices fair so why not.

The good ratings didn’t disappoint, as soon as we walked in the smell of delicious Middle Eastern spices transformed us to last year’s visit to a Middle Eastern restaurant in Haifa.

We started with Jelab, an iced Lebanese drink flavored with date syrup and rose water-delicious! Next came delicious falafel, which was very filling. Our mains were a gyro wrap and a kafta wrap. The gyro was filled with vegetables and tzatziki sauce. The kafta wrap also with vegetables and hummus and tahini.

We added hummus to our mains and it was also delicious along with a warm in house made pita bread. We could only eat half of our order because it was so filling, we took the rest home for dinner.

Overall an excellent experience with great service and atmosphere. Once you’ve completed your meal head next door to the Ali Baba International market for more Middle Eastern staples and fresh breads.

Desert can be found right across the parking lot at Baklovah Bakery.

I love Lebanese food and I was not disappointed at Za’taar. We happened to be there during Ramadan so it wasn’t very busy. I had lamb kebobs (6 large pieces) with rice and Lebanese marinated salad. With every bite I tasted a new spice. My food came out hot. They had beautiful cakes freshly made from a bakery in the area. (I restrained myself, but next time I will have some.) And I was able to shop for groceries first at Ali Baba, a wonderful middle eastern

Food here was excellent as was the service. We ordered a variety of kebabs and appetizers. Everything was prepared perfectly and well seasoned. The fresh bread was also so tasty. The only negative was that they had the music playing quite loud and it was difficult to hold a conversation without talking quite loud. But this minor inconvenience did not detract from the wonderful food and wonderful service!

I don’t know how i had not tried this place until someone told me about it recently. I can’t eat gluten or dairy so I don’t visit restaurants often but this place is absolutely phenomenal. I should have ordered the salad with no cheese but I just dusted the cheese aside, every item in my order was delicious and freshly made.

Service 10/10. Made my special needs daughter feel special. He was top notch making sure everything was great.

Food: we ordered the biggest sampler plate, Beef Shawarma and Gyro. With 4 people and went home with TONS of leftovers. Food was hot and seasoned well.

If you haven’t had a chance to try Zaatar I would highly recommend
