I don’t know what’s wrong with this place but every time I order Uber Eats from here they easily take 1 making my food. Every time I order about 4 drivers go pick my order up and they all tell me it’s not ready and they have to cancel. I don’t understand what takes so long.

This is the first time and the last time that I spend my money on this place.The personal working there is great, no problem with them.
The person in charge decide to cover all the outlets so customers can not charge their phones. I just spent $13 planning on eat while my phone charge because it is 3%…. But they decided that they don’t care about the customer and forbidden to the employees even to do the favor to charge the customer’s phone. So I decided that they will never ever get my money again and spend my 2% of battery leaving this review so you’ll know that they(the owners) don’t care about you.

This McDonald’s is the opposite of Fast Food. Yes, it’s the same Fast Food served at other locations, but be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait! My mom could have cooked me a complete meal in the time I was waiting in their drive thru.

Lazy manager and workers won’t open the restaurant when they start closing sooner than what they have online. Change your hours if your too lazy to work. 10:45pm =/= 11pm

The service at this McDonald’s is very disappointing. The employees had a rude attitude and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. On top of that, the wait time was way too long, even for simple items. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect for customers makes for a very unpleasant experience.. will not return back to this location

I went through the drive thru and had to leave without even placing my order because of how bad the service was. The wait time was ridiculously long with no explanation, and when I tried to place an order, the employee was immediately disrespectful for absolutely no reason, even though I remained polite the entire time.
I asked about the $5 value meal (which clearly includes a McChicken combo), and I was told they “don’t have a McChicken combo,” with attitude. When I tried to clarify, I was met with more rudeness instead of help. The worst part? A manager was present and did absolutely nothing to address the behavior or the long wait.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I’ll definitely be thinking twice before coming back to this location.

Went and placed an order through the app for curbside pickup, since the lobby was closed. After sitting in the curbside pickup parking space for over 20 mins, decided to check the drive thru. Only then do they inform me that curbside service is not available and you have to pick it up in the drive thru. Which is great when I walked to the McDonald’s and don’t have a car. Great job guys, i gave one star only because it does not give an option to put 0 stars. Especially when staff gives you a face like I’m some type of moron……..
And they want $15 an hour? Give me a break…..
