This was the worst experience I have ever had, this young lady was so nasty and rude to me. I was ordering food in the drive thru and she kept talking over me clearly agitated because she had a hard time understanding me and kept yelling I needed to say 2A instead of a quarter pounder with cheese. She was aggressive even though I asked her plenty of times to stop since I was not finished ordering. She then shut off the drive thru comms, I went inside baffled and upset at being treated this way. I have never had an issues coming here, I ask the manager to get the girl since she was so rude. The young lady proceeds to come from behind the counter in a threatening manner and kept telling me to calm down while talking over me. I have NEVER seen anything like this before in this town. She kept talking over me and not listening. The manager did nothing but also looked scared of this employee, she wore no name tag so I snapped a picture of her. If you have had similar experiences please call and complain. I would NEVER ever say someone should be fired from their job but this girl has ZERO business being in customer service or training anyone.

Just stopped by on our way back from rhode island. Seems like a very rural area it was in, which seemed weird. As GPS was directing us we were like, where the heck are we going?? But it was nice indeed. They have a playhouse- which we thought those were all out of commission at this point. And they bring your food to you if your eating in! I haven’t eaten in a McDonald’s in years! They have kiosks to order and pay for your food. Or you can wait in line and do so. Then we picked is table number and they brought us our food. Nice. Also they have the soda fountains in front so you can get free refill. Most in the city don’t have that option. So that was nice. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait, of which we didn’t think anything of it. The food was good. I had fish meal with extra tartar sauce. We food big mac meal, and the 4 chucked tender meal- of which we only had 3 tenders. By the time my nephew mentioned it, we didn’t bother to correct it. I did use the bathroom. There were two stalls in the ladies’ room. One was occupied, the other was dirty- i won’t go into detail, but i could not use it in that condition. So i had to wait for the other to free up. Overall though, it was a nice stop.

I have repeatedly had unacceptable experiences at this location. The service is consistently slow, and the staff frequently struggles to understand basic orders or communicate clearly in English, which leads to constant mistakes and frustration. The overall level of customer interaction is far below an acceptable standard. Because this is the only fastfood option in the area, Im forced to return despite ongoing problems that should have been addressed long ago.

The worker handed us 2 flat melted fantas with liquid dripping down the side. We also got an ice cream cone, it was good until we got to the cone where we realized the worker had put the paper on the inside of the cone. Who the hell does that. Will not be returning

I went to the drive thru New Year’s Eve at 2:00 in the afternoon and it was extremely busy! They asked me to pull along the side which I did and there was another vehicle there also waiting. Within a few minutes there were 4 vehicles waiting in that small area (which would have been fine if the first vehicle pulled in correctly) the gentleman that was running the food out literally was running his tail off! They did a great job expediting the food as quickly as they could! Props to all of the workers there today working their butts off! You all did a great job!

Service was absolutely horrible. Waited in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes for the food come out and to be missing more than one item. No sauce either. I went inside only to be ignored at the counter for another 10 minutes. Not to mention I was standing there and there was employee sitting right there in the booths just on his phone.maybe he was on his break but if you see a customer waiting like that you could come to the counter and then go back to what you were doing. While waiting it was FREEZING in the lobby and there was a baby. I understand it gets hot in the kitchen but it was like the heat was off. When someone finally did help me, he gave me the drink that was forgotten originally and didn’t give me a straw for it. I would think if you’re serving me a drink you’d give me a straw…. I have no problem waiting but to get the order wrong, have it corrected, and have it be wrong STILL, STILL missing items is obscene. This whole location needs to be retrained or replaced.

If you go to this McDonalds, check your order every single time before leaving. It has been well over 10 times now here they are either messing up an order or have items completely missing, and when asking for the problem to be fixed, they give sass back to you. They also can’t refund you over the phone or anything, making you waste gas money when you finally get home to eat and do nothing about it.

Asked what came on a sandwich… couldn’t tell me.. just asked no mayo… got mayo.
Ordered a kids meal, didn’t get anything but the nuggets, no fries, no toy almost no drink… at the window asked for the drink of the kids meal, milk, first tried giving a shake. He didn’t understand then got the manager, they handed me an apple juice… it was definitely a language barrier but how can you not have someone else around for these situations…
