Food was great but ordered the Dr Pepper shake and Cold brew shake. They made these after our order and they just sat on the counter. All we got was a cup of ice cream that sucked. Didn’t know if we were supposed to make it ourselves or not. Ended up pouring DP in it to make something, there was no coffee available for mine so i didnt try to make it.
Clerk mentioned when i picked it up because i or she didnt know which one was which, that they dont look like the picture wth. Well they sure dont taste like it either.
Besides that everything else was great.

Always a great experience when i stop in my travels but today was exceptional. The young man at the front counter is an absolute rock star. He is very polite and engaging with customers. He was very attentive and customers oriented.

Ordered a large fry and there’s not even half the small container filled with French fries. Total scam, place has gone downhill in recent years. The sick joke is that I can’t even call to see if they would make things right! They don’t have a valid phone #. Get your act together, I’ve been coming here for YEARS -not anymore!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. Every surface is covered in grease. The trays are gross. The floor feels greasy. It’s just….. awful. We went in at 11:15am, 45 minutes after they opened and it was like this. No one cleans. No one wipes down tables. It’s really incredible. Take a look at any surface and you’ll see grease smeared all over. The location in Brookhaven isn’t nearly this bad.

who knew that one of the best smash burgers you can get is from a chain spot? I love Freddy’s. The burgers are amazing, and it’s super unpretentious. In fact I think a meal is cheaper than Mcdonald’s. Shoestring fries are great, you can swap them for other items such as a cheese curd. Shakes are great too.

The staff at this location is top notch. We come to this location often through the drive through and everyone who serves us is incredibly friendly and kind. They also give us a pup cup every time we have our dog with us. I cannot say enough good things about the staff!

So easy, used the drive through. It was quick, a great value and very yummy! We got Strawberry & Chocolate shakes, delicious, and the burger combo (double cheeseburger & shoestring fries) was really great! My husband enjoyed the cheese curds, but that’s just not my thing and we also split a few onion rings which were great! Overall, service & food were excellent, it looked very clean and well organized inside (view from the drive through) and was a great value for a quick meal. I’ll definitely be back again!

Burgers are prettty good. Skinny fries are dif, need to eat quickly, if you don’t want them cold. Cheese Curds were very good. Milkshakes are super thick, which to me is a good thing.
