We stopped on our road trip to this restaurant. We were a little worried after seeing the reviews. But honestly Im glad we tried it out. We had a guy server, & he was the best! Constantly checked on us tonight. He updated on food process instead of is wondering when it was coming. Our food was soo good & loved the outdoor seating. I would definitely come again if we ever come back to the area.

I am not one to leave a review however I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant with such great reviews. The host had us seated fairly fast for a Saturday night. Our server came and took our drink and food order since we already had looked at a menu and picked our food. It was fairly busy so we waited 50 minutes for our food to come out. Here is where I was let down. We were all served room temperature food. Not even warm. We were barely checked on at all. We watched 4 employees try to start a fire in the fire place an hour and a half before close. I would try this again if I could get even warm food.

Great meet up spot with parents. Haven’t been in years and wanted to see if anything changed. Tried the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. Liked they offered half and half chips and pita. Pita was delectable! I’ve had better of the dip but it wasn’t bad. I’d get it again. Ordered the Pepperoni Parmesano. As other places I go for pizza, I ordered the first pepperoni thin crust I could. It was crispy, and the sauce is honestly Beer Barrel specific. It tasted like years ago! Would order again for sure! I really need to remember to take pictures!

On 2/29/26 we stopped in to have supper before attending the Turn to Stone show at the Opera House, at 8am. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, and where seated at 6:45am. We ordered with in 10 minutes. We receive our food, 55 minutes later, ate waited to pay our bill, and left at 7:55. For some reason it took 55 minutes to get our food, which was sandwiches on 3 orders and chicken nuggets for the forth order. So if your in a hurry please beware. The food wasn’t that great, hamburger was under cooked, asked for additional beverages that never came. This Beer Barrel is no preforming In the Good Foods trademark as found in the other restaurants.

I will start by saying that my food came out hot and fresh and tasted great for my tenders and frys. Now for the reason for my review. We had placed a reservation today, January 7th 2026 for 6:30 for a table of 10. We had all gotten there roughly about that time maybe about 6:40ish at the latest. My wife, my mother-in law and myself all got there about 10 minutes early and got our drinks and I had asked if I was able to try 2 different sauces for the chicken chunks since they had new options added and I didn’t know if I would like them or not. The rest of the party arrived and he got the drinks and he was asked for a kids menu also. It took nearly 20-30 minutes just to get those sauces just for me to try. It took also another 20 minutes just to get that kids menu out. Our server finally came around and placed our order around 7:15. Our side salads didnt come out till almost 7:45. He then said at around 8pm that he had to go back and make the entree salads that we ordered because the salad guy left already so he had to go make it and then he will bring out the food. So he didnt bring out our food till about 8:10. By this point we are all starving. We all ate so fast, we were also celebrating 4 separate birthdays since mine was the 6th, another was the 8th, 9th and the 11th so we just wanted to combine 4 into one. We all made statements on the extremely slow speed of service had to constantly ask different servers to get things since our server never came out to check on us. To reiterate tho we got there at 6:30 and didnt leave till almost 9 for a group of 10 with 4 children under 6, mostly water simple meals. Dining room wasnt remotely full at all we saw people come and go all the time in there. It was ridiculous on the speed tonight

Kim is by far the best waitress. We are all big fans of beer barrel and tend to visit all locations. Today was my 12 year old son’s first time at the St Mary’s location. He said now that he’s had Kim as a waitress he can’t go to any of the other locations ❤️

First visit for a business lunch and it was excellent. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The Beer Barrel meatball salad was a standout, so good I would drive out of my way to get it again. If you are in the area, this place is definitely worth a stop.
