As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

this has been the worst experience i have encounter . i ordered food & got to the window to pay the cashier was taking a mightly long time to give my fone back & when she hands it back .. she open the window & dont look @ me just hands it back with an attitude.. then 3mins later comes back with food & soon as she open the window she starts talking in tongue. yelling the blood of jesus & then hollers & say god bless you & starts crying .. that so so unprofessional so thats how yu let your employees treat an guess every time an gay person comes thru … thiers no telling how many times she had done that to others .. i askd for an refund right away … cause idont need you praying over something cause you cant B serving the same god i serve .. cause god loves everyone.. so who is she too judge someone like that . i will not Be returning & i will like no wat will B her actions of treatin guess that …

The portion sizes were small, buns and fries were soggy, and they had no ketchup or straws. My order was mixed up with someone else’s, and the staff couldn’t tell which drink was diet. Needs major improvement in both service and quality.

Terrible wait times, there’s no reason why fast food should take an hour to get and still be disgusting. I ordered the chicken bite box and the chicken couldn’t have been real chicken, it had this foam texture then the fries were all soft & soggy. They don’t have a human taking orders, but some type of AI system. Once realizing that they take too long, you can’t even leave the line, you have to stay in line.

Don’t waste your time, you’ll place an order and they will look you in your face at the drive through and not even acknowledge you. Not even if you honk your horn. Then they’ll have the audacity to give you 30 minute old food. One good thing I can say is the older lady was sweet and FINALLY gave me our food after a WHOLE HOUR. So if you go make sure to order at the window and DO NOT ORDER AHEAD.

I literally wait over 30 mins on my order and me being a code enforcement person the manager gone to get a fine for this. Handling customer order wrong. By time customer get there change back the order should be ready and 30 second. This most definitely will be a violation.
