As far as Arby’s locations go, this is one of the better ones in Tuscaloosa, especially in terms of service. I live fairly close by & they’ve never once gotten my order wrong in at least 50+ visits over the past 2-3 years. Fries are always hot & the food always tastes as fresh as can be expected for a fast food franchise.

Before i ordered i asked Lakila the employee taking my order if the deep fried turkey club sandwich was a toasted hoagie bun as the picture showed it to be, she said YES! So i ordered it along with jalopeno bites and a drink, i walked about a half mile back to my rig at the truckstop to eat, dammit nothing about this bun was toasted and nothing about the turkey was deep fried, nice folks but not much upstairs!

I ordered a beef and cheddar and had to wait 40 mins for it. And when I got it the box it was in was smashed and soggy. The bag was wet. And the meat was so nasty I threw it away after one bite. I highly recommend you never eat here. Worst experience of my life when it comes to food.

When I arrived there was only one person in the drive thru. I sat at the speak for at least 2 minutes. Cashier was not apologetic instead it was “what can I get for ya”. After paying I was asked to pull straight forward. Me, remaining positive and friendly. Assuming I was waiting for fresh fries or something, ended up with cold fries and a gyro with 2 pieces of meat stuck together. Very disappointing! I should have known to keep going when I saw only 2 cars there during lunchtime!
