The food was good. The atmosphere was quiet. It was not busy at the time I came. My only complaint is my service. It felt a bit neglectful. It took a long time for us to get greeted once we were sat down. Our server never came to check on us once we received our food. And I sat with my plates stacked up for 15 minutes just waiting on my server to come by to check us out. I had to wave down another server to find mine after waiting so long for my check. I am also a server so the service itself just could’ve been much better

I had a wonderful experience with Heather at the Perkins Restaurant in Collierville. The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive, patient, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of without us ever feeling rushed. You can really tell the team takes pride in providing great customer service. It made our meal even more enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the outstanding staff!

As someone who used to work in the restaurant industry, I really enjoy visiting restaurants alone and observing how the team dynamics function—whether things flow smoothly or fall apart. I was truly impressed with how well the Perkins team works together.
When one employee steps away to seat guests or answer the phone, another immediately notices and steps in to cover, seamlessly rotating back to their area once the task is done. The same teamwork shows when it comes to serving food—if your waitress is busy, another team member delivers your meal right away so it’s still hot and fresh.
Even during the busy morning rush when I came in, I waited less than ten minutes for a table, and my meal arrived promptly. I had a great conversation with Randy Smith, the General Manager, who shares a philosophy I believe in: “You are only as strong as your weakest link.” Honestly, I didn’t see a weak link anywhere.
Thank you to the entire Perkins team for providing such an excellent experience from start to finish.

came in to eat 330. waitress had two 2 tables in the whole restaurant . sat for 25 min. had to seat myself she ignored me then while seated ask if I could order. she said she was not accepting any more tables ( she only had one table with customer) then said just wait a min. after watching four employees by register listening to the little waitress with very short red hair complain very loudly that she was not waiting on another table I walked out . no one ask if anything wrong. no customer service what so ever. and one of them was the Manager. I called back to complain and the ” so called ” mang. Just kept saying yes . never once apologized. I was done talking to someone who could care less about customer bus. hung up . won’t rec and won’t be back. if you get the 5 ft waitress with red hair might as well leave . you will not get Any service , just flack.

My Sister and I went to Perkins today and had a very pleasant experience that set the tone for the day! Miss Beverly was our server and she was delightful with a very friendly and warm attitude. The food was really good and satisfying! We sat across from a Mother and daughter who were very friendly with lovely personalities! We chatted and laughed with them while we ate. Spreading love and kindness my Sister paid for their tab. We exchanged hugs before they left sealing the moment and making it a memorable one! But the great experience didn’t stop there! We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Mr. Anthony before we left! He was assisting Miss Beverly with a few of her customers. He had a great personality and the best sense of humor (FUNNNY) that ended our breakfast perfectly! Thank you Mr. Anthony and Miss Beverly for a great experience and exceptional customer service!! Need I say we will be back! ♥️

This Perkins was supposed to b the best location, host was great, the server was not attentive as he should of been, the cook most definitely dnt kno his meat temperatures… I order the sirloin med-well, added mushrooms and fried shrimp, they brought it out a med-rare steak, blood all over the plate, no mushrooms or fried shrimp… they took the plate bak, cook the steak again, n brought it bak on the same bloody plate, still no shrimp or mushrooms… The manger came out n bring me a new plate n meal, mind u this is the 3rd plate to come to my table, my date n now dun with her food, it was the most terrifying experience I had with a restaurant… do better n hire cooks dat kno they temps on meats… I’ll never go bak

This place was the nastiest restaurant I have probably ever seen. It’s really unfortunate because the woman was really kind, but I literally had to walk somewhere else to even use the bathroom. There was so much food on the floor, & sticky residue on every surface. The bathroom was a nightmare. I will never forget how gross this place was. Please do better with cleaning. That’s sad. My mother stepped on a tater tot as we were getting up to leave. We did not eat there.
